Brief Note On The Patriot Versus Antifa Clash In Portland
BY Herschel Smith6 years, 1 month ago
Officers have observed people possessing hard-knuckled gloves, firearms, knives and batons at today’s demonstration. For the safety of the community and participants and based on behavior observed, weapons may be confiscated.
But unconstitutional, yes? Where in the bill of rights does it give anyone the authority to confiscate weapons if they deem that possessing them may be unsafe? And unsafe for whom?
But don’t look for any DA to take the police to court over this, or any judge to side with gun owners. The DAs, judges and cops are all on the same side.

It’s Portland….a lost city overrun by commies. While LEO may confiscate
“weapons” from anyone and everyone the ONLY people who will be charged are those on the right side of the political spectrum.

It’s obvious that the cops, judges and the district attorneys are on the side of the commies. Boycott Portland, the state of Oregon and any products made there. Unfortunately that includes the excellent optics made by Leupold. And let ’em know why you will never buy another product made there. The “mayor” of Portland is also the police commissioner, kind of an interesting situation. I’ll add Washington State and PRK to the list also. From now on, if a company isn’t located in the South I’m not dealing with ’em. I can get everything I need(or want) from Texas, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Floriduh and Jawja.

That’s precisely what has and continues to happen with regard to the Charlottesville Event.
The League of the South, and other organizations (my people), had scheduled speakers and had a parade and speakers permit in hand before August 12th.
All involved on “the right side” simply began to march towards their reserved location.
They were attacked by ANTIFA and other hard Communist groups while Charlottesville, county, and state Law Enforcement stood down during the attack. When my people began to defend themselves, the local government declared our scheduled speaking arrangement to be an “illegal demonstration” and moved to engage us.
All arrested were those of groups who had set up a legal speaking and marching permit.
Two particularly egregious things happened. The death of Heather Heyer, who died from a heart attack and not being hit by a car, was attributed to our group of permitted marcher and speakers. The state helicopter crash which killed two state police personnel was also blamed on our group.
Additionally, a negro, Deadre Harris who attacked two of our people, as they were ending their participation, with a three or four cell MagLite and was defended against by our folks, got off with almost no punishment. Worse, those who engaged Harris in self defense have been sentenced to prison.
Last, I was there, I know what happened.
