Probably would not be seen going in anyway. I don’t like anyone calling me a feminine care product.

Well, first, under SC statutes, that’s not a legal “no guns allowed” sign, so it can be ignored. What should not be ignored, however, is the owner’s (or manager’s) bias against gun owners. I suspect almost none of us will spend money there, certainly while that sign is displayed, and word will get around the gun community so the effects may be long lasting.
Second, Clemson being a college town, a very large percentage of the potential patrons are probably ineligible for a CWP due to age, and college kids are notably non-discrimatory in their patronage habits; anyplace with food to which their friends go will probably get a reasonable amount of customers.
What it does for me, though, is make me wonder about all the other establishments in Clemson; being in the Upstate I go through there periodically, and now I’m reluctant to stop anyplace in Clemson for a bite because I don’t want to contribute financially to the opposition. This owner or manager would not have put that sign on the door unless he or she, first, was a self-absorbed ant-gunner, and second, felt it was an acceptable thing to do within the restaurant community in Clemson.
The positive in this is that the establishment has self-identified as someplace we don’t want to spend money in, and for that I thank them.

Others have said this elsewhere, but given the poor punctuation, “Douchebag” is written as if it were a signature. It’s certainly more appropriate that way.

If you follow the link to the Yelp page, people have pictures of a raw chicken sandwich, roaches, and an absolutely disgustingly filthy kitchen.
The douche-nozzle who owns this place is doing law abiding gun owners a favor. Avoid doing business with this place – if for nothing more than to avoid food poisoning.

If you're interested in what else the The Captain's Journal has to say, you might try thumbing through the archives and visiting the main index, or; perhaps you would like to learn more about TCJ.
