VIRGINIA BEACH — New video obtained by 13News Now shows the painful moment a Virginia Beach Police K9 bit a young boy Tuesday.

The child was bitten during the apprehension of a bank robbery suspect in Virginia Beach.

Police were attempting to find 26-year-old Joshua Allen–a suspect in Monday’s Wells Fargo bank robbery–at American Best Value Inn on Northampton Blvd.

Virginia Beach Police Chief James Cervera said Wednesday that the officer involved was seasoned and they took every precaution possible to prevent an accidental bite while searching the motel.

“The individual we were looking for, we had every reason to believe was armed and every reason to believe he would use violence,” Cervera said.

He explained that the boy ran from behind a corner without warning and the dog reacted.

“I turned to walk back to the hotel room, I reach the sidewalk, I see the K9 with one officer coming down the sidewalk. My son was already standing outside where he went through a pass way to get to the front of the hotel by the vending machine. He yelled ‘mom.’ I said: ‘Cameran – get back into the hotel room!’ and that’s when the dog grabbed him and bit him from behind.”

“As the K9 team was moving into position to assist in the arrest of the suspect an 11-year-old boy emerged from a corridor of the motel and ran into the K9 dog,” police said in a press release. “The K9 dog reacted by biting the child. First aid was immediately rendered to the child and officers remained with the child and his mother until rescue responded.”

Police say it appears the child was bitten once by the dog, but pictures provided by the family show more than a single wound to Cameran.

Gosh.  I hate it when that happens to me, and given the number of kids running around in our neighborhood, Heidi, my 82 pound Doberman, rips open a lot of flesh since I have no control over her.

News from Florida:

A Davie police officer is facing extortion charges after he threatened to share nude pictures of his ex-girlfriend, who was also a police officer, if she didn’t resign, police said.

Davie police Officer James Krey is on administrative leave. He was arrested by Coral Springs police while on duty.

“We arrested him (Tuesday) night at the Davie Police Department,” Coral Springs police Sgt. Joe McHugh told Local 10 News. “He was called in off the road, at which time he was offered to give us a statement. He refused to give us a statement, so he was taken into custody and charged with two counts of extortion.”

Police said Krey, a 12-year veteran of the Davie Police Department, sent the rookie police officer threatening text messages, telling her that she had better quit her job and move out of town or he would make those nude pictures public.

“The defendant made a threat that he would hold back at nothing to get even,” Judge Karl Evans said. “He also made a statement, ‘You’re going to have to leave Broward County, sweetheart. Anywhere you go I have people.’ Those statements do concern the court.”

Gosh.  I hate it when that happens to me.  I remember the last time I threatened to send naked pictures of someone around.  There was hell to pay.

Anthony Bosworth was illegally arrested and detained, which makes it a kidnapping.  The judge’s order after the fact means that they knew when they arrested Anthony that they were not within the law.  Judge Peterson’s signing of this order sets up any of us to also be arrested and detained.  The problem is that her rule violates the Constitution from word one, which means she is guilty of 1) using the law to deprive rights, 2) threatening the use of weapons to deprive those rights, and 3) setting up the people to be kidnapped by the federal government if they do not bend to her will.  What happens to the penalty now?

Laws are for little people.  The black-robed tyrants, all of whom have been trained in the critical theories of Stanley Fish and Jacques Derrida, decide what is right and wrong and act on their own to effect the proper changes.  And not a person or institution in America stops them, any more than the courts stop the police from busting in doors in violation of the Fourth Amendment, or any more than the Congress has the balls to stop Obama’s lawlessness.  It’s a sad state of affairs, indeed.

Noted investments counselor Snoop Doggy Dogg or Snoop Lion or whatever he’s calling himself these days has teamed up in a video with some other people many who lead purposeful lives have probably never heard of. This time, Sniff Dogg isn’t starring in a “Girls Gone Wild Doggystyle” video, doing the important work of luring underage girls with drugs to behave like drunken exhibitionist sluts for GGW founder Joe Francis, himself convicted of falsely imprisoning and assaulting women, “grabbing one … by the hair and throat and slamm[ing] her head into the floor.” This time, the Snoopster’s the front man for a campaign to convince investors to divest gun-related companies from their 401K retirement portfolios.

Who is doggy dog and why the hell should anyone pay attention to him?  I’ve recommended the same thing. “This is just rich.  Guns are still the hottest commodity in America.  At a time when cities across America are staring bankruptcy in the face due to the ridiculous deals they cut with the unions, the progressive California State Teachers’ Retirement System and the state of New York have a chance to put their money where their mouth is.  Will you divest yourselves of the best money making stocks you own because they make those evil guns?  Here’s your chance.”

To date no one has taken me up on this unique chance to prove your point.  I wonder why?

As undeniably satisfying as that would be, though, I argue that actually accomplishing that goal might fairly be described as “winning the battle, but losing the war.” It all comes down to something from the previous paragraph–something worth repeating: ” . . . the reason for the very existence of the agency is for the enforcement of blatantly unconstitutional ‘laws.'” There is no reason to anticipate the imminent repeal of the unconstitutional federal gun laws (which is basically another way of saying all federal gun laws). Rep. Sensenbrenner’s bill, as well-intended as it undoubtedly is, certainly would not do so, and indeed would transfer enforcement of federal gun laws to the far larger, better funded, and more powerful FBI. As tireless liberty advocate Mike Vanderboegh has long argued, “I tell you now, I far prefer the devil I know in rehab than the devil I don’t running free with even greater power operating behind a cloak of invisibility, immunity and impunity.”

All federal laws concerning guns are unconstitutional under the second amendment.  All of them.  That isn’t to say that we’re better off without the ATF.  My working theory is that at least with the ATF as part of the DoJ, there are enough lawyers around that still have at least a working knowledge of the constitution that they know when something will likely get overturned in court.  Kurt is right.  The FBI wouldn’t let that slow them down.  We don’t want the FBI enforcing federal gun laws, folks.

Uh oh.  Gun stops attack in Queens.  Narrative fail.  A gun saved a life.

Jihadist threats in Miami.  I’d tend to believe them.  The solution is simple.  Carry guns everywhere you go.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced Tuesday it “will not at this time seek to issue a final framework” implementing a proposed ban on what it’s still insisting is “armor piercing ammunition.” The special advisory issued by the Public Affairs Division noted that with the comment period scheduled to close by next Monday, “ATF has already received more than 80,000 comments, which will be made publicly available as soon as practicable.”

‘Although ATF endeavored to create a proposal that reflected a good faith interpretation of the law and balanced the interests of law enforcement, industry, and sportsmen, the vast majority of the comments received to date are critical of the framework, and include issues that deserve further study,” the advisory explained. “ATF will process the comments received, further evaluate the issues raised therein, and provide additional open and transparent process (for example, through additional proposals and opportunities for comment) before proceeding with any framework.”

While arguments are correct that M855 ball ammo does not meet ATF’s own definition of “armor piercing,” the larger point, that there is no legitimate authority to impose such criteria in the first place, is being missed. So when ATF declares they’ll be back, until such time as that usurpation is addressed and resolved, it’s prudent to believe they will be, at the first political opportunity.

We could posit three theories behind what the ATF did today.  First, not even the federal regulators like to be called names such as traitors, douche, incompetent and bloated.  But that’s assuming they care about the American people, and the evidence for such an assertion is lamentable nonexistent.  So that theory suffers from being wishful thinking.

Second, the ATF understands that M855 green tip ammunition doesn’t meet the statutory definition of AP, or its corollary, that 5.56 mm lead ball ammunition can also penetrate soft body armor and is far more lethal in most circumstances.  Therefore, there will be a protracted legal battle waged against this regulation.

Third, the ATF realizes that a ban on M855 ammunition is meaningless without a ban on 5.56 mm ammunition, and that would have no more basis in law than a ban on any other type of ammunition.  Additionally, the ATF realizes they may be firing the first shot of a civil war were they to take an action like that.

Between theories 2 and 3, I don’t know which is more likely.  I dismiss out of hand the notion that the ATF feared action taken by the anemic, pathetic, pitiful Senate and House.  Readers may also have other theories (or combinations of the three proffered here).  But David is likely right on one thing.  The ATF will be back.

San Antonio:

A San Antonio police officer accused of engaging in a standoff after pulling a gun on his wife in 2013 has been fired, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Daniel Lopez, 45, was removed from SAPD’s ranks in February, the department confirmed Monday.

Lopez was initially charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of deadly conduct for his role in a July 4, 2013, incident in which he was accused of holding his wife at gunpoint at his home in the 100 block of Whitecliff Drive while two children were inside.

SWAT negotiators were called to the scene and streets in the area were blocked off for a short time. Lopez eventually gave himself up peacefully, then-SAPD Chief William McManus said at the time.

Lopez was placed on paid administrative leave for about 9 months after the incident. In April 2014, he was placed on unpaid temporary suspension, where he remained until being fired in February.

On Feb. 2, Lopez accepted a plea deal for a Class C misdemeanor instead of second-degree felony aggravated assault, which could have carried a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

He was ordered to pay a $200 fine and serve one day of deferred adjudication probation, according to prosecutor Jim Wheat, chief of the district attorney’s special crimes unit.

Gosh, I hate it when that happens to me.  I remember the last time I went berserk and took a .45 1911, cocked it and put it to my wife’s head.  The SWAT team wasn’t so nice to me.  I think he may have had some friends with the PD, especially with only one day of deferred adjudication probation.

Fox News:

SALT LAKE CITY –  Two Utah peace officers have been suspended without pay over a risque video shoot featuring bikini-clad women firing high-powered weapons.

The Utah Department of Public Safety imposed the discipline in December on Rob Wilkinson, a Utah Highway Patrol sergeant, and Justin Hansen, a State Bureau of Investigation agent. The department released its discipline records last week after receiving a request to obtain them by The Salt Lake Tribune.

Wilkinson, who received a three-day suspension, and Hansen, who received a one-day suspension, were at the Big Shot Ranch near Grantsville in June when British bikini models posed for photos and were videotaped firing guns for a calendar called “Hot Shots.”

The two men were seen wearing camouflage uniforms identifying them as police in a promotional video posted on YouTube in October.

Neither Wilkinson nor Hansen sought their superiors’ permission to participate, and superiors learned of the activity only when they saw video clips played by the news media in Utah, according to the records.

The men were disciplined for conduct that brings discredit to an officer or agency, and for wearing their uniform during a promotion for a product — both rules violations, the records show.

I hate it when that happens to me.

“Peace officers” indeed.  Dressed all in tacticool gear.  I don’t think “peace” was the “piece” they were interested in.

Speaking of tacticool, recall when I saw Mr. tacticool at a church in Mauldin, S.C.?  Well, I was at the Firehouse sub shop on Mauldin Road on Saturday running errands, and saw his buddy all duded up in tactical gear, drop holster, body armor, and so on.  I asked my wife what she thought of when she saw him?  Did she see a “peace officer” or someone else?

She said, “I see someone trying to keep themselves safe.  I said, “exactly.”

I have discussed what I assess to be deep, troubling and dangerous character flaws in Alan Gottlieb before.  In what is yet another manifestation of these character flaws, Gottlieb has endorsed Grover Norquist for the NRA board of directors.  As reported by David Codrea:

The Second Amendment Foundation’s Alan Gottlieb sent out a March 3 email notice to members and supporters in which he endorsed the candidacy of Grover Norquist for director in this year’s National Rifle Association board election.

“My good friend Grover Norquist who is also on the NRA Board and up for reelection this year had an excellent interview with Newsmax that I want to call your attention to,” Gottlieb announced, directing readers to an interview on concealed carry decreasing crime. “He got my vote for the NRA Board and if you haven’t cast your vote yet I highly recommend that you also vote for him. A strong NRA helps us all.”

The problem with Gottlieb’s endorsement is that Norquist is what even “progressive” MSNBC acknowledges to be an “amnesty-loving immigration activist.”

As a stand-alone issue, this is enough to dismiss his candidacy outright, and it proves that Grover Norquist is a progressive collectivist who is merely looking for another board membership (presumably because his calendar is empty during the board meeting days and he wants something to do, or we can only guess – if Mr. Norquist would grace us with his presence here and tell us why he wants to be reelected as a member of the board we would know more than we do now).

Let’s again deal with where we are concerning Hispanic and Latino voters.  “As to whether the GOP will ever be able to rely on votes from the Hispanics, that is a non-starter.  “Hispanics are not historically and ideologically aligned with what the GOP is supposed to be.  To point to Roman Catholicism and claim that Hispanics will vote GOP because of socially conservative viewpoints misses the bigger picture of the state of Catholicism in South and Central America.  It is a synthesis, or a hybrid mixture, of Catholicism, superstition, Marxism, and in some cases evil “patron saints” for the cartel criminals.”  They will not vote conservative or liberatarian, no matter what you’re being told by the elitists and chamber of commerce.

In order to understand why the state of Roman Catholicism in Mexico and Central America is what it is, one has to understand its roots.

“For historical reasons to do with the nationalisation of the land under Lázaro Cárdenas and the predominant form of peasant land tenure, which was “village cooperative” rather than based on individual plots, the demand for “land to the tiller” in Mexico does not imply an individual plot for every peasant or rural worker or family. In Mexico, collectivism among the peasantry is a strong tradition … one consequence of these factors is that the radical political forces among the rural population are on the whole explicitly anti-capitalist and socialist in their ideology. Sometimes this outlook is expressed in support for guerilla organisations; but struggle movements of the rural population are widespread, and they spontaneously ally with the most militant city-based leftist organisations.”

One of the reasons for this reflexive alignment with leftism has to do with the the mid-twentieth century and what the Sovient Union and allied ideologies accomplished.  South and Central America was the recipient or receptacle for socialism draped in religious clothing, or in other words, liberation theology.  Its purveyors were Roman Catholic priests who had been trained in Marxism, and they were very successful in giving the leftists a moral platform upon which to build.  This ideology spread North from South and Central America into Mexico, and thus the common folk in Mexico are quite steeped in collectivist ideology from battles that were fought decades ago.

Hispanics and Latinos will be among the most progressive and socialistic voters in the history of the country, which is why the progressives want amnesty for them.  And there will indeed be a very large burden to shoulder for the presence of immigrants in America.  “It helps the corporate bottom line by forcing the middle class to pick up the tab for medical care, which burden happens largely on the backs of nurses in emergency rooms (my daughter is a nurse in an ER), with medical insurance premiums escalating in order to pay for the service.  Food stamps (so called SNAP) also factor into the calculus, as well as driver’s insurance (for uninsured motorists coverage).

It isn’t that there is no cost for low paid workers.  It’s that the cost is borne by the middle class as welfare to corporations and the wealthy.  The GOP is connected at the hip to such interests in terms of money, while the Democrats are connected in terms of future voters.

This all has to do with the middle class shouldering the cost for immigrants in general, but it does indeed go to show that pro-immigration candidates and politicians are progressive in their world view.  But more specifically as it relates to gun rights, Hispanics and Latinos favor gun control rather than gun rights, and not just by a trivial fraction.  Grover Norquist is a liar playing a game with NRA members.  He favors immigration, including amnesty, but says he favors concealed firearm rights.  Both cannot be true.

But just as disturbing about Grover Norquist is that he keeps company with terrorists and jihadists as we discussed before.

On September 11, 2001, Grover Norquist met in his office with a group of terrorists – “jihadis” if you prefer – to determine how to mend relations between Muslim leaders and American government officials, while the smoke was still rising after the attacks in which 3,000 of our citizens where murdered.

That alone should have put Mr. Norquist outside of the circle of trust among discerning and patriotic American leaders in the conservative movement, but it did not.

Mr. Norquist creating the Islamic Free Market Institute with money from Al Qaeda financier Abdurahman Alamoudi should be a red flag to rational thinking people in “conservative” circles, and should ostracize Mr. Norquist from any participation among patriots in matters of import – nope.

Grover Norquist – the founder of Americans for Tax Reform – continues to move within conservative circles with ease. and has support from some prominent Republicans.  Not only are many leaders in the American conservative movement failing to raise serious questions about Norquist’s defense of easily identifiable terrorists, they defend him and call those who lay facts on the table “bigots” or other similarly absurd names.

Now, he is again up for election as one of the members of the Board of Directors of the National Rifle Association (NRA).  Will the NRA allow a man who promotes and defends terrorists to be re-elected to their Board?

In February 2014, a group of prominent Americans prepared a report entitled “The Islamists and their Enablers Assault on the Right – The Case Against Grover Norquist and Suhail Khan.”  The report contains facts surrounding Mr. Norquist’s history with and support for terrorists.  Among those who signed the report were:  the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey, 81st Attorney General of the United States; and the Honorable R. James Woolsey, former Director of Central Intelligence.

The facts detailed in this report include:  Grover Norquist provided access to the White House for a number of terrorists during the Bush administration; Norquist is the registered agent for the Islamic Free Market Institute in Washington, D.C. which received money directly from terrorist/jihadi organizations including convicted Al Qaeda financier Abdurahman Alamoudi and the SAFA Trust;  Alamoudi’s deputy at the American Muslim Council (AMC), Khalid Saffuri, was made the Director of the Islamic Institute with Norquist’s approval; Norquist promotes, works closely with, and defends a Muslim Brother/Jihadi named Suhail Khan, whose father, Mahboob Khan, was one of the most prominent Muslim Brotherhood leaders in the world prior to his death; and Suhail Khan served under two successive Secretaries of Transportation with a security clearance, and continues to be promoted and given access to positions of trust inside conservative circles by Grover Norquist.

Grover Norquist is a quisling and traitor, but as we return to Alan Gottlieb, he is a collaborator with quislings and traitors.  What does this make Alan?  NRA members should vote ‘no’ to Grover Norquist for NRA board, and smart men should stay as far away from Alan Gottlieb as they can get.

My family and I many times had the pleasure of observing the A-10s at Myrtle Beach when we visited.  The A-10s have since left, an orphaned aircraft because the fly boys want to be cool and fly an aircraft that looks and sounds sexy.

Well, here is some news for the fly boys.  The F-35 sucks and costs too much, is too complicated, doesn’t work right, and everybody knows it.  The A-10 remains the greatest infantry support and armor attack aircraft ever devised by man.  Here is some good video of the aircraft in training.

I had a rather protracted conversation with someone who writes under the nom de guerre Tommy Gnosis.  Not that I care that deeply, but something sounded strange about the comments, like they had no particular bearing, were inconsistent, or feinted support for individual rights but didn’t do a good job of hiding the fact that it was all just a distraction.

So I did a little bit of research.  Tommy Gnosis is someone named Jennifer Mascia, who has her own web site.  In fact, she was one of the authors of the now defunct “The Gun Report” for the New York Times.  Recall that report?  That awful, hideous, dreary rundown of shootings every day?  As if all we have to do is remove those awful guns from society and sin goes away because evil is located in things rather than the heart of man (a noted neo-Platonic and stoic view).

Anyway, I did an IP trace and found that the address was owned by Bloomberg.  It makes sense, since I also found out that she works for Bloomberg via Everytown For Gun Safety.  Her Disqus account is active, and features snark, misdirects, sarcasm, insults, and most of all, prose designed to demoralize and demonstrate the complete impotence of whatever group she is berating at the moment.  The prose is designed to cause depression and dejection.

Here is the lesson.  Bloomberg is paying her to visit web sites – particularly gun rights web sites – and spread discontent and dejection.  Some in our own camp do this too, even if unintentionally (and some in “our own camp” [wink …] may do it intentionally).  It’s like listening to a sarcastic Eeyore scream “my tail fell off, and yours will too.”  There is no happiness, no satisfaction, no humor, no joy.  Such is the mind of a Bloomberg apparatchik.  Learn from it.  Don’t fall into the trap of depression or compromise.  Gun rights is winning.  The enemy’s actions prove it.

If an anti-gun, politically-connected Democrat hires a hit man to kill children to keep them from testifying that he molested them, why would you want to make it illegal for parents to defend them with tools of their choice — not just in the home, but wherever the threat materializes?

Because it isn’t really about guns, and it never was.  It’s all about the elistists being elite, keeping their apparatchiks in line, and sending the attack insects to kill the threats to the hive.  As a sidebar comment, what a discredited, disreputable, awful, loathsome group of people MAIG has turned out to be.  How could anyone with an ounce of integrity or decency be a part of that group?  Read all of David’s rundown of yet another ugly incident associated with MAIG.

The pressures, some subtle, some in-your-face, to stigmatize and discourage gun ownership are all around us. Outside of firearms-related businesses, it’s like there’s nowhere in the marketplace we can get away from it, not even by indulging in escapist fantasy. Perhaps while submitting to mall disarmament demands, movie-goers can stop in at the gun-free cineplex and enjoy the latest shoot-em-up, starring actors like Irish import Liam Neeson, who in addition to praising the UK’s handgun ban and proclaiming “the Founding Fathers … would be turning over in their graves,” is also, per The New York Post, “considering … becoming a Muslim.” Or if you don’t care for his films, Sean Penn, who publicly gave up his guns (calling them “cowardly killing machines”), is also appearing in a new release titled The Gunman, where his character gets to ignore draconian European “gun control” laws as he pretends to be the stuff heroes are made of.

Maybe I’ll just go to the range, where my business and my guns are welcome. Right after I make sure my representatives are doing the right thing on freedom, and that all the ammo and gun grabs coming up through the process or bypassing it from the White House have been properly shot down.

I know, the tendency is to become depressed at losses rather than see the victories.  But David ends with the right stuff.  Call, contact, be activists, protest, write, and do what you can in your neck of the woods.  Also, send David and Kurt’s links around.  Do you recall this suggestion to Harris Teeter that they remove their no firearms sign?  Well, it worked.  The sign is down and I was told to feel free to exercise my constitutional rights at Harris Teeter.

In other words, gun buyers are being forced to pay for the heavily armed and armored California Department of “Justice” gun confiscation raiding parties. It’s hard not to see a deliberate poke in gun buyers’ eyes: “OK, you can have your gun, but to get it, you’re going to help us take away someone else’s.”

The “Dealer’s Record of Sale” (DROS) fee.  Around these parts one FFL charges what they call their “Brady Fee,” and it annoys me.  You guys know who you are.  No names need to be mentioned.  But on your part it’s voluntary, while in the case of DORS fee it’s mandatory and goes to the state.  But this is California, and I’m not sure what comes next after microstamping.  I see egress and evacuation or civil disobedience on the horizon.

Kurt Hofmann:

Even the sponsor of the resolution that put the amendment on the ballot, Missouri State Senator Kurt Schaefer, claims that neither the intent nor the legal wording of the amendment supports lifting the forcible disarmament affliction from people like Robinson.

This is an unfortunate retreat on his part. By acknowledging that the right to keep and bear arms is “unalienable,” and by explicitly specifying that it is violent felons for whom the right is to be considered “alienable,” after all, the language of the bill pretty clearly does protect the right of people like Robinson to keep and bear arms.

And no one associated with the effort to put Amendment 5 into force should be ashamed of that.

No they shouldn’t.  That man has as much right to a gun as I do.

Thus ends John McCain’s genius plan to arm the “moderate” Syrian rebels.

After West Virginia, Maine appears to be the next state to do constitutional carry.  This is becoming a trend.

At Mike’s place he links Jeff Sessions on immigration, including so-called “high skilled” immigration.  Follow the links.  This is a good read.  As for one of Mike’s commenters, Paul X, he says:

“One thing that’s accepted almost without debate is that we need more of those workers, and that’s not accurate. And we’re going to prove that’s not accurate.”

Not in my wife’s experience. She tries to find high tech workers for Nike any place she can find them, both H1Bs and local folks. The jobs go begging. The reason she can’t find Americans for these jobs is because American kids don’t take hard subjects in college. At least many of the H1Bs (mostly from India) are hard workers and go-getters. They are also nice kids, as she puts it.

Sessions is just another fascist politician, sticking his nose in other peoples’ business.

Oh horse shit.  Let me make it clear, buddy boy, preserving and defending the cultural, religious, political and historical traditions and foundation for America (and in fact, the South as well) IS MY BUSINESS, and it is the business of Jeff Sessions too.  As for the notion that you can’t find programmers or other technical people here in the States, that’s what I’m calling horse shit.  Yes you can, I know some of them, and I see good, highly skilled technical people every day who cannot find work because companies listen to the worthless bean counters in finance who want to pay somebody a half assed salary to do a half assed job (have you ever called overseas to get IT support?).  Go cry me a river, and tell the bean counters they suck.

I’m in favor of stopping legal immigration (or seriously curtailing it) and deploying the U.S. Marine Corps to the Southern border to shoot people who cross it illegally.  No, you can’t really mean that, Herschel?  Yes, I do, and yes, shoot them.  Dead.  On the spot.  I guess that puts me to the right of Jeff Sessions and perhaps even Mike Vanderboegh.  I have managed to survive 33 years in industry and business, and raise four children including three boys, one of whom survived a combat deployment in Iraq with the U.S. Marine Corps.  What did you expect, warm fuzzies, pink blankets and self-actualization counseling sessions?

Just to be clear that I do have a heart, I’ve thought about it and have some amendments and clarifications.  First of all, let’s lay off all programmers with the CIA and NSA who spy on Americans.  That should free up some programming talent.  As for shooting all those who cross the border, I don’t really mean that for women and children.  They should be carted immediately back to the border from whence they came, and that, without delay.  If they are met by the Mexican army shooting at them (as I have heard in some instances), then they should rain hell down on the Mexican army since Mexico is an enemy.  As for the “coyotes” and boys with gang tattoos, they should be shot on the spot, even with their hands up, with their bodies left for the vultures.
