I strongly disagree. All VA activities should be shut down, and the property sold back, with the exception of accounting and bill paying. All current patients should be moved to an appropriate treatment facility. Veterans should then be able to walk into any medical facility in the country and receive the same care as anybody else. The VA should merely take the bill, write a check and file it as paid.
