I don’t get the four round mag or 12/30 round drums. Why not make an 8 round mag? That would be good. Drums are impractical in almost every scenario I would think.
A guy let me shoot his Saga AK type 12ga last weekend at the range. Very nice, easy to handle and shoot.

The video does mention if using for a cary carry type firearm that 8&10 round magazines availiable,he was just using a 5/20/ and proto type 30 for the video but recommened the 10 for car carry ect.

Snazzy looking…assaultish in style, but wimpy in recoil. I think he said 2 3/4″ bird shot rounds. OK..followups are quick and painless, but how many bird shot rounds will it take to equal one 600gr slug? Shoot all slugs out of that “star trek” weapon without it breaking and I’ll pay attention….no wait….if I ever showed up with that at a bear camp…nope, not going to happen.
Looks good for barrooms and alleys though. Might work there…don’t see much griz in barrooms and alleys.

If you're interested in what else the The Captain's Journal has to say, you might try thumbing through the archives and visiting the main index, or; perhaps you would like to learn more about TCJ.
