This Is Why Florida Doesn’t Have Open Carry

Things just like this.
“In a stunning setback for gun rights supporters, Sen. Anitere Flores, one of the most powerful lawmakers in Tallahassee, declared on the very first day of Florida’s two-month legislative session that she likely would not support any of Steube’s 10 other gun bills
The ouster of Sen. Miguel Diaz de la Portilla, R-Miami means nothing to her. Of course not. If you’ll cheat on your spouse, you’ll do anything. Character is the necessary prerequisite for good governance. This is why we get tyranny from FedGov. Washington, D.C. is a haven for witches, warlocks, demons, gargoyles, criminals and pit vipers.

The first time I went to DC, I sensed a great and pervasive evil over the whole place. I have not been back since. It is a wretched hive of demonic villainy.

And on the FL adulteress / state senator, her lover is a Demonrat. One wonders if there is not a systematic attempt to seduce– figuratively or literally– Republicans to compromise them, to derail liberty.

The American people should burn DC to the ground and hang them all(politicians/bureaucrats) from the neck until dead, dead, dead!

Razing DC won’t help this one.
You’d have to go Sherman on Atlanta in Tallahassee.

@McThag,
Yea. I sort of did a quick transition from state to FedGov. I expected readers to fill in the blanks. For every collectivist in D.C., there are ten times that many at state and local.

Don’t overlook the fact that both Flores and Braynon, just like their predecessor de la Portilla, are both from Miami-Dade County. M-D, Broward and Palm Beach counties, the entire SE coast of Florida, are nearly completely anti-gun in their politics no matter what party label any politician wears. Flores being a turncoat isn’t a surprise just like de la Portilla wasn’t. Those three counties account for nearly 1/3 of the entire population of Florida. It was fun living there for 30 years before moving to Georgia.

Oh and I would be remiss if I didn’t also point out that Marion Hammer, the NRA’s voice in Florida, has also been quite instrumental in getting open carry killed in Florida over the years.

It’s good to think others are using these tactics.
