p.s. Do You have a Vehicle (any Vehicle, even a Motorcycle) that has NO Trackable/Jammable/Hackable Electronics? If Not, Why Not? Diesel with Hydromechanical Fuel Injection? Gas Vehicle with Point-and-Coil Distributor, or better yet, a Magneto/Distributor setup? The ENEMY already has a number of Electronic Warfare ways of Shutting Down Vehicles with ‘electronic’ Systems.
