DOJ: Houston Man Charged In First Known Case Since Bump Stock Ban
BY Herschel Smith5 years, 3 months ago
I suspect this is the way it’s going to be for bump stock owners. No one will come hunting for bump stocks, but if somebody commits a crime, the possession of a bump stock will add to the charges.
Well, I guess the DOJ is proud tonight.

Bumpstocks are Done!
We can’t get a Federal Ruling on hi-cap mags.
And state courts are upholding there mag bans.
This technique(stacking charge) is all they have, unless they get ahold of credit card info that actually List’s the product.
And….so it shall go.
You can bet we will be hearing more.

With all due respect, officer(s):
I do not consent to search
I do not wish to answer any questions
I do not wish to speak with you
Any further conversation would require that I have a lawyer.

Government loves to bolster bad law by litigating in a way that puts case law on their side.
