Arkansas CopWatch Gets Detained For Open Carry

Arkansas CopWatch gets stopped for open carry. I thought this was a settled issue in Arkansas? Anyway, it’s good to see folks conducting 2A audits, and more specifically, open carry audits.

He needs to be careful. If his name is not “Mohammad” then in Kentucky he would have just committed an arrestable offense. According to Kentucky law, you do not have to ID unless you are under arrest, but it is a crime to give a false name to a cop if you do give a name. Know the law in your state.

The Gov signed off on “yes, we really mean it” back in March, I think. But NLRPD probably hasn’t bothered to specifically inform its officers about that. Training time is too valuable for that sort of thing, you know.
NLRPD aren’t known for being the sharpest sporks in the lunchbag, if you get my drift.
