Does not reject Heller (the ruling seems good but is too limited)
Specifies certain accessories instead of accepting all accessories as valid(legal)
Continues the CCW licensing scheme, which is an defacto registration, although the ordinance rejects registration of any kind.
Does not specify State and Federal Law/lawmakers as aggressors(philosophically; perhaps that’s for later in the fight)
Contradicts itself (this drives me crazy in ordinances, it’s an excuse to do whatever) in that it rejects all gun laws as unconstitutional both State and Federal and then goes on in the last section to fully submit itself to current federal and state gun laws.
The declaratory (and yes the People need to declare their rights) up front is excellent, but by the end of the ordinance it’s more mushy merely mouthed submission.

If you're interested in what else the The Captain's Journal has to say, you might try thumbing through the archives and visiting the main index, or; perhaps you would like to learn more about TCJ.
