Putnam County, West Virginia, Sheriff’s Department Violation Of The Fourth Amendment
BY Herschel Smith4 years, 9 months ago
Recall that one crud, vulgar, obscene Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputy violated a man’s rights guaranteed under the second and fourth amendments by an illegal and unconstitutional detention?
Well, a recent video shows obvious violation of someone’s fourth amendment rights, and attempts to cover it up before the fact.
Sheriff Steve Deweese, sdeweese@putnamwv.org, has a real problem on his hands. It looks like most if not all of his deputies are crass, lawless thugs and criminals. Then again, you know what they say. This typically all comes from the top. Sheriff Deweese needs to be replaced and then prosecuted along with his deputies. He looks like he is corrupt to the bone.

They do not care about your stinking Fourth Amendment! The Bill of Rights is a pesky old anachronistic thingy which must be gotten around so that they may practice their thuggery unhindered.
There is NO Rule Of Law in this country anymore. There is only the Rule of Force. Ask Roger Stone, or Mike Flynn.
The Thug belongs to his Gang and within the Gang he cannot be wrong. Woe to you uninitiated and uninformed!
Do you think the Thugs in the video are contemplating their wrongs and planning corrective action on themselves? Or, do you think they are scheming on how to fuck that guy who secretly recorded them in their crime? Which do you think more likely?
Think of Erik Scott, shot dead by police at Summerlin Costco in North Las Vegas. He came out of the store with everyone else in a rush, unaware that HE was the subject of a multi squad-car response to a “man with a gun” call. Erik received multiple conflicting commands, “Freeze, get on the ground, don’t move, do it now, show me your hands, drop your weapon…Gun!” Pow. Pow. Pow.
Then the sixty second section of the surveillance video which recorded the shooting magically went missing from the hours of video in the loop.
Typically, the police will investigate the police and find the police did no wrong… according to the police. So, shut up and go back to sleep. You “civilians” need to learn your place.
Yep. Vast Majority. Good guys all.

Noncompliance is an American tradition.
“In 1765, the British Parliament passed the Stamp Act, which imposed a tax on nearly every piece of paper used by the American colonists. The colonists considered this a direct tax on them without the approval of the colonial legislatures—a flagrant violation of longstanding legal precedent and an affront to their rights as Englishmen. Threats of noncompliance and public protests so troubled Parliament that the act was repealed before ever being put into effect.”–Amy Swearer is a senior legal policy analyst at the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation.
