Louisiana House Bill 72
BY Herschel Smith4 years, 9 months ago
Exempts certain persons from the crime of illegal carrying of weapons, and removes the requirement that a person possess a permit issued by the state of La. in order to carry a concealed handgun in the state of La.
This is a constitutional carry act. If I have readers in Louisiana, you know what to do next.

I remember in ’12? or ’13? when the NRA got the State Constitution amended to give authority to the LA legislature to implement permitting. That was the last penny the NRA ever got from me. LA was wide open before that!!!
TN, has a bill introduced with similar language to LA. Zero chance it passes because “youths”, “children”, and “teens”, and “the streets” in Memphis will run wild with guns shooting everybody and every thing in sight, with blood running in the streets, oh the horror of it all *sniff* it’s all so very upsetting. News flash: Every Negro in Memphis who wants a gun ALREADY HAS ONE. Ugh.
In TN, there is legislation to introduced a “Green Alert” system (a la Amber alert), but for Veterans At Risk. At Risk of what of it does not say. Between this and the pending Red Flag law, I could design and implement a progrom to disarm every Vet in the State within a year. They won’t do it in a year, they’ll take 10 or 15, but the result will be same. I’m sure all of the “Christians” and loving nannyists who worship the po po and the State will think it a very loving and heartfelt tribute to helping those who have served implementing Central Banks of Freedom around the world, that are “at risk” of, um, uh, something.
Police and Judges now made ordained ministers of Psychiatric Divination. God help us all. Judgement is a messy, ugly, grueling, and even baffling thing, when God allows devils to run rampant through a people to their own destruction. Pity, the Christians in America don’t even know what Matt 24 and John’s Revelation are really about, or they would make right application to today and put a stop to National Sin.
Why nobody can see where all of this is headed is beyond me. Perhaps God has blinded the unjust to judgement, perhaps they are merely fools ignorant to history.

We have the right of self defense. I hate it that my daughter is disamed when she comes to Louisiana to visit me.
This bill lets honest citizens go armed. Thank you.
