“KS Passes Resolution Limiting Governor’s Emergency Powers to Seize Ammo and Property”

“NSSF sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security to implore officials to consider the firearm and ammunition industry to be listed as a “National Critical Infrastructure Industry” and industry employees be clearly identified and listed as “Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers.” This designation would possibly help exempt those businesses from mandatory shutdowns. NSSF pointed out the industry provides the U.S. military and federal, state and local law enforcement agencies with the tools needed to carry out vital national security and public safety missions. Many local law enforcement agencies rely on community retailers and ranges for supplies and training. NSSF believes these services are critical for ensuring public safety and readiness during times of uncertainty.”Ammoland

Worthless Grahamnesty and “Dick” Stolen Valor Blumenthal have sponsered a bill that would require “every message sent” online be “read by government-approved scanning software.” It will be the end of encriyption online with it the private purchase of ammo and arms.

The EARN IT bill “would create a 19-person commission that’s completely controlled by the attorney general and law enforcement agencies. And, at the hearing, a vice-president at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children made it clear what he wants the best practices to be.”

“NCMEC believes online services should be made to screen their messages for material that NCMEC considers abusive; use screening technology approved by NCMEC and law enforcement; report what they find in the messages to NCMEC; and be held legally responsible for the content of messages sent by others…[A]n Internet where the law required every message sent to be read by government-approved scanning software. Companies that handle such messages wouldn’t be allowed to securely encrypt them, or they’d lose legal protections that allow them to operate.”

“You can’t have an Internet where messages are screened en masse, and also have end-to-end encryption any more than you can create backdoors that can only be used by the good guys. The two are mutually exclusive. Concepts like ‘client-side scanning’ aren’t a clever route around this; such scanning is just another way to break end-to-end encryption. Either the message remains private to everyone but its recipients, or it’s available to others,” the Electronic Frontier Foundation warned.

NCMEC, which advocates for privacy issues and individual control over online data, said the “commission” would be dominated by law enforcement and its allies. “Not only will those groups have a majority of votes on the commission, but the bill gives Attorney General Barr the power to veto or approve the list of best practices. Even if other commission members do disagree with law enforcement, Barr’s veto power will put him in a position to strongarm them.”

The perverts and degenerates in Congress are preparing to outlaws encrytion and privacy while hiding behind children as an excuse to shut down the internet and social media, and make you phones a ball-and-chain. Law enforcement has never been about persuing criminals. It has always been about controlling law abiding citizens and keeping their own criminal activity under cover.

Police State 101: By any means necessary courtesy Orange Man. With his seizure of dictatorial powers he opened a Pandora’s Box of Evil allowing the deep state to create what it could not without the sheeples fear of a politically created chaos hidden behind a fake pandemic. The Kansas legislature is the exception. Most state politicians are giving gov’ners a blank check to do as they please, consequences be damned.

And it is the the Republican party and its NY [take their guns first, we’ll take them to court later] Democrat that are the enforcers. A party founded on anti-racism and anti-slavery, enforced by the federal government in explicit violation of the Constitution.

Lock the country down, wipe out the small business class destroying the economy, obliterate the few freedoms that are left and institute a command economy police state, replacing the faciast economy we have had since 1933. No capitalist invisible hand under an authoritarian government, just the iron fist of Communism.

And Rump is fiddling while Rome burns. When Trump, Newsom, Shumer and Cuomo are all on the same page it is midnight in America.

This is a multi-jurisdictional committee referral, which means its chance of ever seeing a House floor vote are slim. The more committees, the more confusion.

HR 5717 was dropped on 10 Mar 20, and only has 18 cosponsors, the usual list of socialist suspects. It’s a new collection of nonsense, lies, and b.s. patriots have seen before, all wrapped up into one package.

Here is the link to the bill:
    https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-bill/5717/

Scare yourself silly. This bill is going nowhere; it is DOA in the Senate. This is a messaging bill aimed at the “useful idiots” who think government can save them from reality.

“It’s just a g—–n piece of paper!” George W Bush referring to the Constitution. The son of the man who created the New World Order.

George H. bemoaned the breakup of the USSR, complaining that instead of dealing with one government he would have to parley with over eight seperate independent governments. Contrary to their mantra, globalists hate diverstiy. The latest attempt at the recreation of the Tower of Babal will have the same result as all the other past failures at world government: chaos and collapse.

After 9-11, American Leadership further consolidated their political power and authority away from the average citizens and toward institutional Elites, under the umbrella of “terrorism.”

According to “reliable sources” at the tech giants [Faceplant, Foolgle, S—ter, Instasmut] Trump and the CDC are asking them to give greater access to smartphone location data to help combat the spread of the kungflu. The deep state will implement “syndromic surveillance” [originally called carnivore] to use “anonymous, aggregated user data” from the companies to map the spread of the virus and “prevent” further infections and see whether people are using proper “social distancing.” And as we have found out in the past, all of these plans will be expanded into every area of the private sector, especially gun related business.

H.R. 5717 is just a toe in the water to test the temperature. With three unanimous resolutions condemning palefaces passed by a Republican [Red Flag] Congress and signed by Trump, the left knows the water is warm. They have a gun control NY Democrat ally in the White House. As is their habit, Democrats will take small bite size morsels of “we the sheeple’s” rights, knowing there will be a compromise and no push back from conservative inc., the same party that kicked out Gingrich and replaced him with Dennis Hastert as Speaker of the House, a known pedophile.

The frustration and anger of citizens at eight years of tyranny was enough to elect Trump, a known Democrat. His explicit commitment to their agenda for radical institutional change stopped with the final electoral college count. Promising to drain the swamp, he has made the deep state more powerful. Saying he would not let them “take your guns”, he went on to support red flag legislation. And now we have an unstable dictator allowing local politicians to run out of control, making a bad situation more dangerous every day.

Glad we didn’t let Obama and the liberals take our guns.

    Theater.

The Patriot Act *already* allows the Fed to “detain” you indefinitely, without a warrant, without counsel, and in secret. You just freakin’ *vanish*, like the NKVD did to people during the Terror.

What they’re asking for is actually an *improvement* over that, if a judge is supposed to be involved in the process.

With 400,000 thousand warrants already in their possession, do they need a judge. A name and address should be sufficient.

Supposed is correct. Rest assured, Hank Johnson wasn’t the author of this or any other piece of legislation with his name on it. Politicians are just hand puppets dancing to the tune of Wall Street and the Chamber of Commerce.

Every congressman and senator has a army of staffers and lawyers writing the legislation jinned up by their bosses, dividing their disjointed ramblings into grammatically coherent parts. Whatever they say with a hot mike around is in God’s hands.

The dumb a–es leading the dumbmasses.

Not one single item in this leftist wet dream is remotely constitutional. If this ever passed, it’s crystal clear that oaths don’t matter, so the long standing, oft abused covenant between we the people and fed gov are hereby dissolved. Plan accordingly. What would a government do if people ignored the machine and setup their own governments that met the citizens needs?
