The Conspiracy To Subvert The Constitution Goes All The Way To The Top Of The Obama Administration
BY Herschel Smith4 years, 6 months ago
Former Vice President Joe Biden appears to have “personally raised the idea” of investigating Michael Flynn for potentially having violated the obscure Logan Act during his phone calls with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, according to newly filed court papers Wednesday.
The previously sealed document also says that former President Barack Obama told top members of his administration that “the right people” should investigate Flynn.
But then-FBI Director James Comey acknowledged during the meeting — which also involved Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and possibly national security adviser Susan Rice — that Flynn’s conversations with Kislyak “appear legit,” according to the Washington, DC, federal court filing by Flynn’s defense lawyers.
The revelations are contained in handwritten notes prepared by disgraced ex-FBI Agent Peter Strzok that Flynn’s lawyers called “stunning and exculpatory evidence” in the government’s since-abandoned case against President Trump’s former national security adviser.
A partially blacked-out copy of Strzok’s notes is attached to the filing and includes a mention that appears to say: “VP: ‘Logan Act.’”
“According to Strzok’s notes, it appears that Vice President Biden personally raised the idea of the Logan Act,” defense lawyers Jesse Binnall and Sidney Powell wrote.
”That became an admitted pretext to investigate General Flynn.”
The revelation contradicts Biden’s claim of total ignorance regarding the Flynn probe when he was vice president, which he was asked about during a May 12 interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.
“I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn,” he said at the time.
But then, a conspiracy to subvert the constitution is nothing new with the Obama administration. Virtually everything they did subverted the constitution.
And violated God’s laws.

As the evidence mounts up of the enormity of the crimes committed by the Obama regime, onlookers may ask themselves what comes next. Perhaps being of a certain age, they expect that the wrong-doers will be brought to justice via criminal investigation and subsequent charges, grand-juries, trials, and appropriate sentencing for their crimes, if convicted. The machinery of justice, though it grinds slowly, does grind – or so they think.
The problem with that line of traditional thought and expectation is that we no longer live in “constitutional America,” but “post-Constitutional America,” i.e., an America in which the law applies only to ordinary people and not the wealthy, powerful and connected. In other words, we are no longer a nation of laws, but a nation of men. A nation of corrupt, venal men (and no small number of women) who decide when and to whom the law will apply, and with what force.
In times past, a charlatan like Barack Obama could not have been elected dog-catcher, let alone run for the Senate and White House and won both times. The trouble is that those hard-nosed, pragmatic and realistic Americans – that generation of Americans – has exited this mortal coil, and have been replaced by the subsequent generations, the children of the privilege and decadence of post-war America. The Baby-boomers, the most-corrupt, spoiled and self-centered generation in our national history.
The old America was defined by such words and ideals as fidelity, honor, sacrifice, patriotism, freedom, liberty, temperance, forbearance, and thrift. Your word was your bond, and you worked hard for everything you got. You genuinely believed in the Christian ideal of helping those in need, but a person was expected to help himself before asking it of others. The Ten Commandments weren’t just a catch-phrase, but something good people strove to live by. The Golden Rule meant something.
Envy was a sin, and so was living beyond your means. Fair play and abiding by the rules was something one did to keep the fabric of society in good repair, and simply because it was the right thing to do. Good manners and courtesy were understood to be the essential grease lubricating the daily activities of society. The vulnerable and weak were not to be preyed upon, but protected and helped.
In that old America, Barack Obama and his merry gang of cutthroats, thieves, wise-guys and confidence men would have been tried with such crimes as treason and sedition. As well as the whole variety of lesser but still serious offenses including garden-variety assault, murder, rape, grand larceny, racketeering, and theft on a grand scale, to name a few. They would have been accused of attempting to undermine a lawfully-elected government, and suffered the consequences of such action, up to and including capital punishment, if the court so directed upon conviction. And so on…
Today, however, in an America whose leadership class does not even know the meaning of the terms “honor” and “fidelity,” the whole idea of treason – let alone being put to death for it – seems as antiquated as the horse-and-buggy. Sedition doesn’t fair much better. Mention either term in everyday conversation, and you will likely get blank stares of incomprehension. In truth, the very idea of objective standards for things has been marginalized right out of existence in our national life. Moral relativism is the watch-word today. And heaven help the traditional man or woman who dares to attempt to impose his “morality” upon others! There is no greater sin in this post-modern world than that….
It turns out H.L. Mencken was absolutely right when he said, “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.” And so, here we are. It has been said you get the government you deserve, and it seems that America has fallen to the point that it “deserved” Barack Obama. Or at least enough did to form a plurality.

A number of pundits have likened the recent upheaval to Mao’s Cultural Revolution. A reign of terror against humanity and civilization, lasting for ten years (’66-’76). It destroyed most of China’s cultural heritage and society was shredded. Centuries of culture, customs, habits and ideas were cleansed by the Red Guard. Mao said, to remake a nation you destroy its heritage. His shock troops were the first wave of Woke idiots from high schools and universities chanting phrases from Mao’s Red Book while they created a socialist utopia with rivers of blood and mountains of dead bodies and the ruling elite stood idly by and did not interfere.
Sound familiar. Western Civilization is white and Christian. Both have to go.
And it looks as though Trump is going to finish what Obama started.
Americans have seen small businesses shut down by the government because of a fake pandemic, while corporateocracy and banks make massive profits and still get trillions in bailouts. Trump’s former supporters watch as BLM, antifa, and other assorted anti-White terrorists tear down historic statues, riot, loot, burn, and murder across the country with impunity. Trump’s base sees the entire government, including the Republican party, bow down in submission. All Trump has done is answer chaos with tweets.
No one is sticking up for the majority, even if it means they will lose their base entirely. Likewise, businesses apparently care more about hurting the left’s feelings at the risk of alienating their major consumer base. Everyone has gone all-in on the hate paleface agenda, and it is seen as PR suicide to even say something remotely supportive of white people.
It seems many of the silent majority have finally had enough – enough of the lying mainstream media, enough of black criminals being turned into saints, enough of the anti-white advertising, and enough of the politicians who do everything in their power to sell them down the river.
Trump moved back his big Tulsa rally by one day in order to honor “Juneteenth,” ignoring his base entirely. He still expected a packed house, with the massive numbers of supporters like he used to see at his rallies. He, along with the remaining Trumptards, were sorely disappointed.
Trump did not accept any blame for the lackluster turnout. Reports circulated about his temper tantrum, blaming everyone but himself. I have a feeling the real reason Trump’s former base is not showing up is because they feel like he has betrayed them.
Being a dyed in the wool rebel, watching Yankees became the architects of their own inevitable destruction does have its rewards. If you own everything, you are guilty of everything. They’ll figure it out postmortem, if not before, with that peculiar clarity that Hell affords.

The media, dims and their Marxist supporters wouldn’t care if a recording was found where Obama ordered the takedown of Trump. “Whatever it takes” is the socialists’ motto.

We’d be lucky even to get that! The ruling class in this country, which is to say America, have been above the law for quite some time now. Certainly for the last fifty years.
Edward “Ted” Kennedy (b. 1932, d. 2009), one of the sons of the influential and powerful Kennedy political dynasty, was elected to the Senate from Massachusetts in 1962, a post which he held until his death.
In July 1969, came the now-infamous Chappaquiddick incident which cost 28-year-old Mary Jo Kopechne her life. Had Ted Kenedy been a normal, everyday American, he would have been charged/convicted of, at the very least, negligent homicide or aggravated manslaughter. Any normal man not a member of the American aristocracy would been imprisoned and the key thrown away – but not the Senator from Massachusetts.
Upon learning of the incident, family patriarch Joseph P. Kennedy – then still one of the most-powerful men in the country – threw himself into action, using all of his influence and every tool at his disposal, to keep his son out of the slammer. Threats, arm-twisting, promises of favors to be repaid, etc. – nothing was out of the question, not the carrot, not the stick.
The elder Kennedy called in enough favors not only to keep his son out of prison, but managed to fix things such that he wasn’t even charged with a felony. Ted Kennedy pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, and ended up receiving a suspended two-month jail sentence.
Ted didn’t spend even a single night in jail for his reprehensible and indefensible act. Nor did the U.S. Senate censure him in any meaningful way. Of course not – another Senator might very well need his back covered in a future incident! They take care of their own, that they do, the members of the American aristocracy.
In other words, laws are for the little people!
The very most the ruling class will generally do, when backed into a corner from which they can’t escape, is to throw a few underlings to the wolves to placate the masses. It’s never the top guys who suffer, though; it is always the foot soldiers and rank-and-file. In that respect, they are little different from the mafia.

If Trump loses the election he will probably be charged with crimes and very likely convicted and sent to prison. The communists will also come for most if not all of his supporters. The election laws and campaign finance laws will make it very easy to identify people as such.
Those that can’t be found that way will be found by the red guards comrads at google et al.

@George 1, the ballot in TN is not secret. I think, from what I’ve seen, it’s not secret in KY either. Each vote can be traced to real person with an address. And remember, “conservatives” wanted it this way.
