“Gypsy Hoax” Lands Michigan Couple Behind Bars

Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper charged Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, each with one count of felonious assault, a four-year felony. The Independence Township couple each possessed one loaded firearm and CPL licenses, Sheriff Mike Bouchard said.
“As part of the bond conditions, they must turn over all firearms, not engage in any assaultive behavior, and may not leave the state,” sheriff’s officials said.
The incident stemmed from a bump and lack of apology, according to Bouchard.
“Let’s have a little more tolerance for each other and not being so quick to react,” Bouchard said. “If someone is doing something improper or unfair, I tell my family and friends to look away. This is not the moment to plant your flag.”
A white couple leaving a Chipotle restaurant this week were falsely accused of racism by a black woman and her 15-year-old daughter.
The black woman accused a pregnant white woman of bumping into her daughter near the entrance of the restaurant and demanded an apology.
The white woman tried to deescalate the confrontation by peacefully walking away and got into her car as the black woman called her a “dumbass bitch.”
The black woman then turned her ire toward white woman’s husband and threatened him: “And if you say something I’ll beat your white ass too.”
As the white couple backed up their vehicle to leave the parking lot, the black woman rushed behind the SUV to block them from leaving and accused them of ‘trying to hit her.’
The black woman pounded on the vehicle and threatened to beat them.
And yet, the couple was arrested. She pulled a gun in self defense.
Hopefully this couple will have their rights restored, as what they did was perfectly legal. Here’s a similar case where the Michigan Court of Appeal rules that drawing your firearm is nonlethal force and can be used to deter unlawful force.
The relevant section of law:
780.972 Use of deadly force by individual not engaged in commission of crime; conditions. Sec. 2.
(1) An individual who has not or is not engaged in the commission of a crime at the time he or she uses deadly force may use deadly force against another individual anywhere he or she has the legal right to be with no duty to retreat if either of the following applies: (a) The individual honestly and reasonably believes that the use of deadly force is necessary to prevent the imminent death of or imminent great bodily harm to himself or herself or to another individual.
A troubling outcome of this is that the man was fired from his job.
The best advice I can offer is to get out of Michigan. Get … Out … Of … Michigan.

Get one mother in the jury, who knows full well how pregnancy affects a women’s physical stamina, balance, etc. Or one husband who helped his wife through it.
It’s not reasonable to expect a pregnant woman to defend herself with fisticuffs.

If it is a Soros DA or prosecutor “reasonable” does not enter into it. This kind of naivety will get you hammered just like this couple. You must know your politicians as well as your surroundings. YOU CANNOT USE LOGIC WITH THESE PEOPLE.
What this couple and millions of urban/suburban/?rural? (I have some cousins that don’t even own a gun) residents will have to do to survive is to practice Situational Awareness, something unheard of and brand new and to some will be a drastic adjustment to their “lifestyle.”
The North American part of the Empire is a war zone. Henceforth all paleface adults within the borders of the USSRA should act accordingly. You step away avoiding all confrontations with the enemy unless your immediate life is threatened and even then, the odds are, you will be the one charged and arrested. Maintain a support group you can trust and move with them at every opportunity. This allows for safety and provides you with a good supply of witnesses. This includes going for gas and grocery’s and the laundry and for all practical purposes everything.
I move alone. But I have been on predator watch all of my life, slithering, flying, four legged and two legged. (Ever get too close to a wren’s nest and have momma come after you. It’s not funny.) Recent events have put the typical suburban/urban prey at high risk because of their buying into “the differences between human populations are only skin-deep, and we are all fundamentally equal” propaganda pumped out constantly into the public square by the narrative sewage companies (MSM/the Social Sewer) run by corporate. And you are prey with the advice and support of the government. People are rotting in jail, put their by the banana republic kangaroo courts for simply defending themselves. Flynn is a good example (Until he is pardoned he is still eligible for the stripped suit). There are hundreds more that are anonymous, rotting in the gulag and the Rumpster is not lifing a finger. (Remember the hundreds of criminals pardoned by Clinton and Obama.)
And don’t forget most of your enemies are palefaces. You are in an environment similar to the resistance movements in Europe during WWII. Your “neighbors” will turn you in for the simple act of letting you children go for a walk or play in the yard. There are two legged snakes in your ‘hood and the controllers love snitching. Expect an amendment to the constitution in the near future making it mandatory.
I realize at this website I am talking to the choir but if anybody else is looking take heed of the advice provided by Herschel on this platform and act accordingly. Your life WILL depend on it.
