It is not the truth of Marxism that explains the willingness of intellectuals to believe it, but the power that it confers on intellectuals, in their attempts to control the world. And since, as Swift says, it is futile to reason someone out of a thing that he was not reasoned into, we can conclude that Marxism owes its remarkable power to survive every criticism to the fact that it is not a truth-directed but a power-directed system of thought.
And we all know the signal pathology of the wicked, right?
Marxism exists because of Genesis Chapter 3 and original sin.

We had Lexington, we had Fort Sumter, and we have had Sarajevo, Pearl Harbor, and New York City/Washington to physically mark periods of historic change. We don’t have one yet for this coming necessary conflict.
But once it happens, we will finish it on our terms. Much like the Spanish Civil War, no quarter will be accepted or given to the Left. Not anymore.

I seriously doubt our side is capable of attrition, based on the last 35 years I’ve been in this country.
It will have to be learned, and I’m fearful the learning curve will take too much time.
What I hope for is a total Balkanization of our country, as I think it’s the only way to preserve our culture. Retreat, regroup, learn and only then act.

Just think of all the refugees from totalitarian countries and their children that have come here to be free and now they are seeing the nightmare start all over again. I could only imagine the horror. Some of them could repatriate back to their countries of origin where Communist regimes were overthrown and be freer there.
