Jeff Quinn Of Gunblast Passes Away

Jeff was always a delightful man who chose to do things simply, honestly and sometimes with a bit of humor thrown in. It sounds as if from the video he knew the Lord, and so he’s in a better place now after suffering so much.
I had wondered why we hadn’t seen much of him lately and suspected that he had health problems. I’ll always remember him saying “And [manufacturer] has made a dandy gun,” explaining the features he liked but also mentioning from time to time that not every gun is for everybody. But he and I sure shared a love for 1911s.
He was a regular stop for me, and I’ll miss him very much.

It’s more important that you get squared away with Christ Jesus for that soon arriving appointment day than any other thing in your life. You too are going to die. Get right with God, for He is the Judge.
We are all sinners. All sin is against Holy God.
Rom. 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Ecc. 7:20 “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.”
You are under the Judgment of God because of your sin. The price on sin is judgment, wrath, and hell.
Eze. 18:4 “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.”
Rev. 20:15 “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
Rom. 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
God is the judge, therefor you cannot save yourself. Salvation is a free gift.
Eph. 2:8 “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”
Rom. 3:20 “Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”
Knowing that it’s not a particular prayer or any Church you attend, and that it is no ritual, rite, or recitation that saves you, but that we are saved by the blood of Christ Jesus on the cross, who being a perfect, holy sacrifice died for our sin once for all, for by grace are ye saved by faith.
Heb 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Jesus gave himself to be crucified so that you might be saved from your sin and from hell. Jesus already paid your sin debt in full, if that you would only believe.
1 Tim.2:3-5 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;”
Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Heb. 7:25 “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.”
Heb. 10:10 “By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.”
The Lord gave himself to be crucified so that you might be saved from your sin and hell. If you would believe on Him by faith, Jesus will save you.

Gal. 3:26 “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”
Rom. 10:13 “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

RIP. His was probably the first gun review page I ever saw, and I always looked forward to the Shot Show coverage he did. When it didn’t happen this year I figured there were serious problems. Always seemed like a solid, grounded fellow who was never trying to be something he wasn’t.
Think I’ll be calling family tomorrow to check in.

I enjoyed reading Gun Blasts site, including Paco Kelly who I assume is still around ? In fact, I thought Quinn and Kelly were one and the same until a few years ago.
