O’Keefe vs FBI: Project Veritas Founder James O’Keefe DENIED Constitutional Right to Bear Arms, Intends To File Lawsuit

Good for him. However, I do have one question for James. You say you support the notion of the law barring felons from purchasing firearms.
Would you hold this same position if they declared your political views a hate crime and forced you to spend a year in prison under a felony charge for believing what you do?

If you do get denied I would strongly recommend against gun store hoping. I know he did this as part of an investigative journalist video but, you probably shouldn’t do this. It could be seen as an attempt to thwart the law. You won’t get a different result from the National level system at another gun store across town.
An individual gun store operator or owner may also deny you based upon his or her own sense of you. This is different than being denied by NICS. I’ve spoken with folks who have been denied by a shop keep. With one, through conversation, we determined together that the buyer must have appeared to be nervous and admittedly that they were totally ignorant of firearms so the shop keep, told them that they couldn’t buy a gun “today.” I support this. This person and I worked out a new strategy in which they would first seek a basic handgun course to become familiar with terminology, safety, safety, and yes, safety before purchasing a handgun.
The reason I support a shop keep saying no is because the gun is private property and the owner of it may dispose of it as he sees fit. And, the right of associate is equal to that of the right of 2A So, all three rights, 2a, property, and association being equal I support denial of service for any good, product, or service whatsoever, this being at a personal level.
Anyway, the person, got some training, became familiar, and learned to safely handle, manipulate, and operate a handgun, then the person bought one, and so did their spouse. So they did it together, learned a lot and rented several guns BEFORE purchase to find the one that they could actually hit the (Hello are you listening?) target with.

“We don’t sell to your kind.”
Is that good enough? Look at this form: https://www.phrc.pa.gov/File-A-Complaint/ComplaintForms/Documents/Public%20Accommodation%20Discrimination%20%20Questionnaire.pdf
What your real reason for denying service? A “gut feeling?”

The 2nd amendment doesn’t say “… except for felons.” Totally unconstitutional to deny firearms to felons.

@Name, agreed. Either a man is fully restored or he ramains a danger. How can he be half a danger if he only has a gun. But the whole notion of debt to society is not Christian, it is not biblical. All crime is hate crime, personal against individual(s).
@Mr. Kevlock, Is this the form I fill out to make somebody produce for me? Is this the form I fill out to require a man to give me the output of his labor against his will. I mean, could I use this form to force 5 buck Negros to work my plantation because if they don’t give me their labor, time, service, and products they are discriminating against me? Can I use this form to force women to stop having abortions because I want the labor of that later to be adult to make me a cake against their will for my sodomite fake wedding?
That form is a product of the 14th amendment which created the fictional person of The Citizen of the United States of America, which didn’t free anybody and least of all blacks, it enslaved every man of the several states under a corporate persona. We should prop up Lincoln’s dead body in the white house and put Wilson’s dead body as the head manager of stasi enforcement over the plantation of who has to work for somebody against their own will, wisdom, right of property, including the property of labor.
Perhaps Mr. Cartman can illuminate us:

“Whoso is partner with a thief hateth his own soul: he heareth cursing, and bewrayeth it not. The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe. Many seek the ruler’s favour; but every man’s judgment cometh from the Lord. An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked.” – Proverbs 29:24-27
It is a snare, a trap unto death to fear man. It is theft to force a business to do anything at all for you. America has huge structural problems that can’t be fixed by a government for, no, she can’t be fixed by any government whatsoever.
No, Mr. Kevlok, you don’t have a right to my guns and you don’t have a right to my time, labor, expense, and value, or anything whatsoever that I produce at all. You have put your faith and trust in men and you are snared. It will be your death.

I’ve always questioned the “felons need not apply” law with firearms.
If they’ve served their time and been released, shouldn’t they get their rights back, including their gun rights? And, those should be restored without having to jump through hoops to get a pardon or some other type of executive clemency.
