   How could I not. Well let’s just see what reparations the Lord has for property breakers and thieves.

   “Thou shalt not steal.” Exodus 20:15

   “If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.
   If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.
   If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
   If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.”

   So, theft is a sin and if caught in the act, the bible says; you can shoot them. So, according to Holy God you can “repair” them, that is offer reparations, via double ought buck. (check your local laws as they most certainly reflect the New Regime instead. When we win the war this law will be restore to it’s right position.)

   But if found out later the thief must restore 2 times the value. And if the thief can’t pay 2 times, oh this is most interesting indeed and I’m not sure whether to laugh or cry but, they must be made the slave of those from whom they stole. The irony.

   Now these are laws in judgement among men in society. But below we see what God offers in reparations, which is really the wrong word since no further offer of forgiveness or restoration is offered once you take your last breath in this life, if you die in your sin and trespass upon Holy God, for He is the Judge.

   “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.” Jesus speaking in Matthew 15:19-20

   So theft is certainly sin against Holy God and re-iterated by Jesus, for which just recompense is due which is death upon the head of those who do not receive the Lord the Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins and be saved from the wrath to come.

   “Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.” Ephesians 4:28

   So receive the gift of eternal life in Christ Jesus, and go; sin no more.

   A nice young lady who just happens to be black got saved over at the park yesterday by the Holy Spirit of God through the exposition of this very verse; to forgo the wages of sin and be not cast into the lake fire, but she received the Gift of Holy God which is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord. Pray for her, don’t want to put her name here, but pray if you think to.

   “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
   It never gets old. It’s a slap miracle of God when a sinner gets saved by Jesus, because somebody bothered to tell them what the bible says. Hallelujah.
