Because the mob apparently owns McDonald’s too.
When he touched him, that was assault. He should be hunted down and thrown (back) in prison.

If this incident doesn’t prove the insanity and lack of rationality of mobs, nothing will. McDonald’s is the prototypical “woke” Fortune 500 company. They’ve been bending over backwards for years kowtowing to the black lobby, catering to them with college scholarships for minority students, set-asides for minority owners/franchisees, “blackcentric” ad campaigns and all the rest of it.
To no avail,apparently, at least for this unfortunate restaurant owner/operator. No good deed goes unpunished, or that would seem to be the case.
The larger lesson here for those whose heads haven’t been in the sand is that appeasement of the mob does not work and has never worked.

In Pennsylvania, the unwanted touching is considered harassment, not assault. A slap, punch, kick, etc. is harassment unless it causes an injury which would require medical attention, for example, some stitches. Still, it’s a criminal offense. It’s probably a McDonald’s restaurant in Wilkinsburg (Pittsburgh). There is a high concentration of People of Color (Colored People) in the Wilkinsburg area of Allegheny County, PA. Some years back, award winning newscaster Wendy Bell was fired from her job at WTAE TV Pittsburgh because she commented, off the air, that Blacks should stop shooting each other. She eventually won a large settlement. Does that mean that her former employer prefers that Blacks continue shooting each other?
