Don’t Forget About Your PT

With the focus being work, looking for deals and purchasing ammunition, and watching the rapid disintegration of the American project in front of our very eyes, it’s easy to forget basic things.
Don’t forget PT. I know it has been easy for me to forget it. I suffered today on the trail because of lack of diligence.

A lot of these sad sacks running around in huge vehicles to haul their XXXL body around don’t stand a chance in what is coming.
It also fries your brain and slows down your mind to eat frankenfoods in obscene amounts.
My approach is a good brisk hike after every meal.
Strictly controlled keto diet is the key and maybe even the fountain of youth.
Going to park daily to do the uphill climb until I am sweating and running short of breath, plus I found an awesome tiger stripe camo reissue jacket there the other day!
