After maybe 1500ish courtroom testimonies, I’ve learned a few things. One of them is this. When the opposition can’t attack the facts, they attack the investigator/presenter of those facts. ” finder of facts”.
In this very specific application, CNN, MSMBS, the left in General’s criticisms,of several misspelled words, are a clear clue, that the facts as presented are unchallengeable.
The other stradegy I’d like to share with our friends who perhaps haven’t been in a court of law. Many on our side have been upset with all the state and state supreme courts kicking this theft of an election evidence as poor investigations, finders of facts.mnot the case.
In reality the goal has always been to drop crumbs, in the lower courts with the intent to sped the case to SCOTUS, Trump etc etc, have presented fluff, expecting lower court dismissals.
Perhaps if Jesse James is around he could go into a bit more detail, his perspective would be critical, as a practicing attorney.
