California Cops Search Home After Man Applies For “AW” Registry

BY Herschel Smith

From “The Civil Rights Lawyer,” a West Virginia attorney.

Every one of these punks deserves to be stripped naked, frog-marched to the town square, and put in stocks.  Unfortunately, California won’t do that (and neither will most locales in America).  In California, they’ll be considered heroes of the community.

I do have one disagreement with the attorney.  This most certainly won’t happen as millions of gun owners try to register their pistol brace guns with FedGov.  Oh sure, there will be a few guys who do it, wives who are soccer moms, urbanite democrats, who do it because the woman of the house tells them to “register it or turn it in”).

Other than those few, noncompliance will trend towards 99%+.

We are a California FFL. 07, manufacturer. And at the time they brought out the registration for AR’s, or turn it into a featureless gun, CalFFL came and and stated that there was verbiage in that law that gave the state the authority to inspect that weapon at anytime. In other words bust down your door without notice. We advised everyone to go featureless. It doesn’t take that long to swap grips. I wouldn’t register jack shit with the Feds or the State.

But Brad, do you have a CCW permit? If so, you HAVE registered with the Feds and the State…

Looks like we have to pray that the senate throws out the fraudulent election on 6 January 2021.

But as to a CCW being a registration of anything more than intent I am all ears.

I do think some retailers are providing 4473 to the ATF. But that is a whole other thought

I think you are missing the point. I do have a ccw. And many, now featureless, weapons that have been known to kill all by them selves. But I do not have a registered assault weapon and therefore they have no right to kick down my door at midnight to inspect said weapon. Of course, that doesn’t mean they still won’t kick down my door.
Ironically, a featureless weapon with no bullet button is much faster to operate than the old bullet button guns. These people have no clue.

We are American. We don’t register guns. We don’t turn in guns. The government of the United States is illegitimate. Ignore all of its laws and rules. We are American. We don’t register guns. We don’t turn in guns.

  6. On December 28, 2020 at 12:28 pm, Brad said:

I just realized there might be some confusion if you are not aware of California’s classification of what an assault weapon is. An assault weapon is any AR with a flash hider, even an A2 because they work so well, and adjustable stock, or a grip that extends directly below the action of the gun. No matter the barrel length. A couple years ago when they implemented this law they essentially made the old bullet buttons illegal. So you had your choice at that point, register you standard configured AR as an assault weapon with the state, or modify it to what’s known as a featureless weapon. Fixed stock, muzzle brake, and a screwed up grip that swept backwards, or a piece of plastic behind the grip preventing one from wrapping his thumb around and therefore it is not a grip. Hope that clears things up.

These guys are nothing more than Storm Troopers for the Commie Rat Bastards that have taken over the government in the Democrat run cities in these United States. Every state has them, and they are usually State Troopers.

  8. On December 28, 2020 at 7:25 pm, Elmo said:

Six armed California Department of Justice ‘Special Agents’, all wearing tac vests, sent to inspect an AR lower receiver, which is locked, at the home of a law abiding citizen who intends to register it with the California Department of Justice when the build is complete. Ridiculous and tyrannical, not to mention a complete waste of taxpayer money.

BTW, in 2019 CA DOJ had 313 of these people, including supervisors, making between $100,000 and $200,000 per year. On the Transparent California website their names are all withheld. Why would that be?
And I’d wager not a one of them has the slightest problem with what they do to earn a living, enforcing unconstitutional gun laws that they for the most part are exempt from.

You guys do get it right? He registered a gun and then they came. I mean, you do understand that right?

Yeah…ask the Branch Davidians and/or Randy Weaver how that worked out. Once a door-kicker team or two gets shot up, they will stop kicking doors, true enough. But to think they’ll just quit doing stuff is delusional. They’ll just get “temporary” “special” rules that allow them to initiate a warranted search with a few 40mm grenades through though the window.

The Secret Police wouldn’t be secret if anyone could just look up their names!

Also note a lot of these “tac” outfits don’t wear normal police uniforms, don’t show visible badges, and often wear masks to conceal their identity. And they usually operate without bodycams, and their names are redacted from any written reports.

That’s how you’re supposed to know they’re legitimate law enforcement officers, comrade! Glory to the Sword and Shield of the State!
