“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always offering prayer with joy in my every prayer for you all, in view of your participation in the gospel from the first day until now. The wonderful thing about God having chosen His saints is that they will assuredly end up at the destiny which God has ordained. His saints are eternally secure. Chastised at times to be sure, as a loving father disciplines His children, but still His.

Some books of the bible have never much caught my attention. Philippians is one of them. Nothing wrong with it, just hasn’t leaped off the page yet. Looking forward to the day of Christ Jesus for certain, that much I know.
