Looks like the one pulled something from his rear pocket and passed it off as found in the car.
Hopefully this video makes it into to his defense.
Power corrupts. And the power given to cops counts

Cops are trained to lie. That includes planting evidence. They see nothing wrong with lying. But suggest that cops not be allowed to lie and the boot lickers will start throwing fits about cops needing to pretend to be criminals to catch real criminals.

What’s shameful is that people jump to conclusions without all facts. The full clip, available in the comments to that shortened clip, then shows the arresting parties (apparently bounty hunters) placing the suspect in the back seat of that vehicle. Evidence wasn’t being planted, the guy took something our of his pocket and put it in his own trunk.

Those aren’t cops, and that’s what happens if someone jumps bail. Technically, he’s in their custody, their duty is to make sure he shows up in court. If he’s a no show, they could wind up paying for the bond. Say it’s a $15,000 cash or surety bond. The guy doesn’t have $15,000 in cash, so he goes to a bail bondsman, hands him $1500, and takes a walk until his court date. The bondsman is on the hook for the $15,000 if the guy doesn’t show. So what happens is the judge issues a bench warrant, and someone in the judge’s office calls the bail bondsman, and he goes out to bring the guy in – and if he doesn’t, there’s a bond forfeiture hearing and the bondsman may be out $13,500… so this is what the bondsman hopes what will happen.

so did they execute the poor guy because “he resisted”?

@ Hudson– why would a bail bondsman need to plant evidence, or even be searching the vehicle? The only reason for doing so would be to jack the guy up on trumped up charges– something only a cop would need to do. And you know damn well it was a gun pulled from the hip pocket and planted– else why nudge his partner to point it out?
Regardless, there is no excuse for such behavior, cop or not, it was a bullshit arrest.
