Paul Harrell: Deadly Force: Is Shooting a Knife Realistic?
BY Herschel Smith
If you’re ever attacked by someone wielding a knife, shooting the knife isn’t a good defensive strategy.
Unless you’re Col. Douglas Mortimer.

1) Reading the title, before I watched Paul demonstrate his ability (impressive), I immediately thought of a ballistic knife … as in shooting the knife AT someone. lol
2) Two handed deliberate aim with a long barreled handgun is much more accurate than point shooting … when you determine the point shooter’s effective range.
3) I always thought Lee Van Cleef purely reeked of coolness. For me the crossdraw is a more natural movement (especially after shoulder surgery), out of the way seated & riding and just different from most everyone else.
