Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett Denies University Of Indiana Student Appeal To Block Mandatory Vaccines
BY Herschel Smith3 years, 4 months ago
Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett denied an appeal from students at Indiana University to block the school’s vaccine mandate.
Barrett, who has jurisdiction over the appeals court involved in the case, denied the students request for an injunction against Indiana University’s vaccine mandate on her own without consulting other colleagues on the court and without hearing from the school.
Some “Justice,” eh? Great sensibilities Trump had with her. Then again, it was Trump who rolled out the push for vaccines to begin with, and then dragged the ubiquitous and detestable Tony Fauci out in front of the cameras every day for half a year.
What a putz. He proved himself totally unable to deal with the deep state. Or unwilling.

Love that headline at the Normal American about Trumpstein (WCW/WWF) delivering on duh judges.
This is the precedent for the coming 100% mandatory vax next month?
The Grand Old Politburo and the quisling SCOTUS are long march fellow travelers in league with CCP.
Understand that we are living under a Weather Underground government and try to wake up as many as you can.

Have heard it said elsewhere recently… he was a plant, controlled opposition.
Full of bluster, but folded like a cheap suit when push came to shove.
Watch DeSantis and that Tecas Gov., they’ll show their true stripes if you’re watching. Jury still out on them.

I expect there is more to the story – likely got to SCOTUS before going through lower courts of appropriate jurisdiction; and J. Barrett could issue an injunction but my understanding is that would only be to provide time for all of SCOTUS to hear the case. The case did not provide and issue of such urgency and other Judges would not consider hearing it; the students are free to attend another college or no college at all. Thus all J. Barrett is in the circumstances is the “messenger”…. For the record, I believe “masks are evidence of a willingness to submit”, i.e., all about power and control, and the “jab” is similar but a threat to one’s life, and will likely be the “first shot” in the coming revolution.

Frankly, I don’t think Trump had any idea how deep, wide, and treacherous the Deep State really is. Didn’t help that Trump had some Lefty ideas in his head, too (see madness-overspending).
But now other patriots know just how much work must be done, and where. It’s a monumental task if done by the ‘vote’ method.

I totally agree, dad29. He listened to establishment Republicans rather than following his own instincts and ideas. For instance, early on as President-elect, he mentioned appointing a long time NYPD police chief, whose name I forget, that he knew well as FBI Director. That would’ve been a good appointment. Otherwise he ended up appointing establishment probable “deep state” persons.

I never trusted Judge Mom.
Just wait until she get to rule on a 2A case a week after some school shooting… she’ll probably rule that the 2A doesn’t protect BB guns.
