   But also a much greater mercy and peace for those that believe.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:3-4

   For the witness to say anything else was perjury. Anyone who watched the video already knew that. One would think the prosecutors would know that before they put him on the stand.
   That and the fact that he said he wanted to “empty his gun in Kyle’s head”. Was going to make their case go all ‘plody anyway.
   All defense ever had to do was play the video that been on the net since 3 days after it happened.
   The prosecutions problem is that they knew all this going in. And their job is to see justice done. Unlike the defense. They perjured themselves. To say otherwise is to say they didn’t know or see the video evidence. And now testimony in open court to their crime.

    @MTHead It doesn’t seem as if the defense was able to get admitted the tweet from Grosskreutz’ friend about Grosskreutz’ regret that he wasn’t able to empty the mag into Kyle. (Hearsay, even though I think they could’ve asked Grosskreutz “did you say that to your friend?”)
    I don’t believe, however, that the defense is so limited in what they can mention in closing argument so it still may get some play, although mentioning something not in evidence is a risky thing. Right now, the prosecution’s own witnesses – and the defense witness photo-journalist they tried to dupe into changing is original statement – are making fools of them.

    The railroading operation’s minions rested yesterday after lunch and defense witnesses are ongoing.

    God turned the heart of Pharaoh to His will. The same can be done with an ‘unjust judge’ as Christ made clear in the parables.

    We don’t JUST pray FOR people. We pray FOR GOD’S WILL to be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

    There’s a difference. Christians didn’t pray for a long reign for Nero. They prayed for his removal from this plane. And GOD HEARD THEM.
