Idiot ATF Agents

This, seen at Ken’s place.
Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, ATF, raided the Skelton Tactical gun shop, in Osage Beach, at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9.
According to the gun shop owner Jim Skelton, approximately fifteen agents entered the shop, seven deep, in full riot gear, bearing automatic weapons.
[ … ]
He sold an 1898 black powder 30-40 firearm over the counter, without a background check. According to Skelton, the sale of an 1898 30-40 does not require a background check.
And I bought a CVA inline muzzle loader and had it shipped directly to my door. Look mom, no FFL!
Because. You know. The law.
Stupid.

None of this takes place absent government informants. Plan accordingly.

My similar thought, the buyer is a both ignorant and a snitch.

The agents are not idiots. They are doing exactly what Merrick Garland wants them to do. The ATF knows the gunshop owner has to “prove his innocence” and, even then, they’ll take their sweet time returning the inventory of the gunshop owner. Meanwhile, the owner has had his livelyhood destroyed.

I agree with Blake. This is a planned long term strategy. I remember when they drove the hobby FFLs out of business. This is just a continuing attack on the Second. How does anyone buy a gun if no one is selling them? Every FFL should have multiple video cameras and mic to capture every sale. Then have all data sent directly to their lawyer for attorney/client privilege. I like what a old friend did when a couple of these traitors to their oath came in his shop. He refused to talk to them. He just pulled out a bag and tossed it on the counter in front of them. It had 30 dimes in it. He did it every time those guys came in. Not one would touch that bag, so they knew. I ask him if they were silver. He said no because those guys weren’t real either. Good point. I really miss that old man.

‘Idiots’ and ‘Agents’ is (are?) an oxymoron. The only reason they are where they are is that they have probably graduated from a ‘public university’ with a degree in criminal justice and after attending that school of indoctrination for 2 or 4 years attended the ATF indoctrination academy and are now fully vested in the system and are able to violate citizens’ Constitutional rights while deluding themselves into believing they are serving the ‘greater good’, Merrick Garland style.
If that isn’t the definition of an ‘idiot’ I don’t know what is.

Curios and relics applies to black powder?
Maybe the ATF is butthurt over Waco killer Chippy not being appointed to comrade kommissar.
Don’t fear apparatchik nomenklatura maggots who attended Marxist U. for they are too stupid to exist in the first place.

JDL, Black powder does not automatically mean “muzzle loader”.
The Colt SAA, the Henry and Yellowboy, the Wincester 73, and the Springfield Trapdoor all fired black powder cartridges when first introduced.
