The U.S. Has The Dumbest Ruling Class In The History Of Mankind

Justice Breyer says that there were "750 million new covid cases yesterday"
There are 330 million people who live in America which means everyone apparently got covid twice in the last 24 hours. pic.twitter.com/rzMf8OzAlj

Here is Justice Sotomayor saying that "hospitals are almost all full capacity" and there are "over 100,000 children" hospitalized with covid "many on ventilators.
None of those things are true. Not even close. pic.twitter.com/MqWEL2UvJg

Breyer: "Growing by factors of 10 times what it was."
National hospital census is actually flat as a pancake.

This is news to me. I always thought the justices listened to arguments.
This sounds like they are making argument. I also thought they did honest
research to find the facts in a matter. This sounds like opinions based on
what they heard on CNN.

Why do we never get an answer
When we’re knocking at the door
With a thousand million questions
About hate and death and war
It’s where we stop and look around us
There is nothing that we need
In a world of persecution
That is burning in it’s greed…

The people being quoted are NOT the ‘ruling class’. They are the PUPPETS
who are being controlled by the ruling class. The ruling class are not elected.
They don’t hold office. They are rarely if ever seen on TV or quoted by the
media. They do their best to remain unseen and out of sight. They are the
truly evil people making the major decisions and directing the elected puppets
to implement the agenda.

This isn’t stupid, this is evil.
Yes, some are indeed stupid, but that’s not what’s driving the lies, that’s what’s making them obvious.
Never attribute to stupidity what can be explained by malice.

You get the government you deserve and precisely the amount of tyranny you allow.
In 1 Samuel the prophet of God explains the axiomatic state of the relationship among the God of heaven and earth, a people, and the government that rules those people.
“If ye will fear the Lord, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the Lord, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the Lord your God: But if ye will not obey the voice of the Lord, but rebel against the commandment of the Lord, then shall the hand of the Lord be against you, as it was against your fathers.” 1 Samuel 12:14-15
America has rejected the God of its father’s and turned wholly to wickedness and depravity. Your government is merely a mirror image of your society which is a reflection of you.
America no longer believes that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation. But the gospel is precisely what can not only save an individual soul but turn whole nations back to righteousness. Even those calling themselves Christian no longer believe this.
And for that reason, verse 25 goes on to explain, you will be consumed by your lusts.
“But if ye shall still do wickedly, ye shall be consumed, both ye and your king.” 1 Samuel 12:25
(I’m not claiming any particular knowledge of the future. I’m just relating what the bible says about the judgements of God, His grace and mercy, and instruction in righteousness.)

Dan is right. It was once called the invisible government. We now know it by the term, deep state. Its always had one goal in mind, under the euphemism, New World Order (NWO). As readers here are quite aware of, the NWO is not about global peace & prosperity but something more sinister & diabolical. It’s about getting rid of us so they can have the whole wide world to themselves. The modus operandi has changed, but the final goal remains the same.

Breyer should know better but Sotomayor is a diversity hire who has as her primary qualifications her sex and her race. If she were a White male attorney she would be operating out of an office in a strip mall doing personal injury work.

None of the things those justices asserted, even if they were true, matter at all. It still wouldn’t grant osha the authority to proceed with the mandate.

“Although COVID– 19 is a risk that occurs in many workplaces, it is not an occupational hazard in most. COVID–19 can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather. That kind of universal risk is no different from the day-to-day dangers that all face from crime, air pollution, or any number of communicable diseases. Permitting OSHA to regulate the hazards of daily life—simply because most Americans have jobs and face those same risks while on the clock—would significantly expand OSHA’s regulatory authority without clear congressional authorization.” https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21a244_hgci.pdf

As to the mandates for health care workers, he justification is infection control, and prior regulations with regard to infection control, which had been upheld. So, if the Court finds that the Secretary of HHS’s position on the use of vaccines for infection control was neither unreasonable, nor arbitrary nor capricious, the mandate was proper and must stand. And opposing counsel admitted that infection control measures could be mandated – and failed to state that the vaccines, per CDC, neither stopped infection nor stopped spread, in other words, did not control infection. If opposing counsel had done so, perhaps this case would have wound up differently. If you want to take the King’s Shilling, you must abide by the King’s rules. This holding was inevitable and no surprise, Federal money always comes with conditions. See https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21a240_d18e.pdf for the opinion in full.
