Little boy “big hair” would have you believe this is just a few malcontents pulling this off. But a few malcontents couldn’t pull of something like this. It’s grass roots, required little planning, and includes virtually all walks of life (except for the police, who will do the bidding of the globalists).
This is called swarm behavior. I hear retired generals, aspiring Lt. Colonels and pretend-scholars discuss swarm behavior all the time. They have no idea what swarm behavior means.
It’s taken from the behavior of things like bees, where subtle signals between insects inform them of circumstances, share intelligence, and illicit innate behaviors as if a symphonic masterpiece was being performed without direction. It could be chemical or pheromone signals to attack or move the hive, it could be a single bee performing a “waggle dance” to tell other bees where food is or where a potential new hive could be, or many other things. Swarm behavior has nothing to do with lots of people or insects crowding around. Generals and Lt. Colonels are mostly idiots, as are most “scholars” of warfare.
In this case, the swarm occurred because signals were seen and heard, people watched, and people responded the way their heart told them to. That tells you something about their heart, what they’ve endured the last couple of years, and just how much they’re willing to tolerate. There is no leader to speak of. This is the workers deciding when they’ve had enough.
Food is everywhere, horns are still honking (in spite of the court order to stop it), and the court order to return fuel to the truckers has added to their stores to extend the stay.
So far, life is good. Big hair is scared. He cannot turn this off. There is no spigot to close or switch to flip. The parliament is scared. The globalists are scared. They’ve lost control. Control is everything to them.

Biologists also call this self-directed or self-organizing behavior “stigmergic” behavior. Your choice of a bee colony is an apt one, since how such complex “super-organisms” as ant and bee colonies self-organize and direct behavior is a very hot topic these days not only in the natural sciences, but in applied R&D at places like DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
Indeed, the subject has now worked its way into culture at large, at least the more geeky and scientifically-inclined parts of it. Some years back, noted science fiction/adventure writer Daniel Saurez penned a terrific and very well-researched novel on stigmergy and swarming, entitled “Kill Decision.”
The title is a reference to autonomous drones and UAVs, i.e. those which operate independently in the environment without a data link to a base or controller.
Self-directed & seemingly spontaneous protests of the kind seen in Ottawa are proof that humans can and do engage in stigmergy and swarming, and not just members of the order Hymenoptera of the animal kingdom.

Nuclear-powered super carriers like the U.S.S. Nimitz (CVN-68), which displace 100,000 tons and have a length of over 1,000 feet (1092 feet), have sophisticated air defense weapons to protect the vessel and its crew from attacks by manned and unmanned aircraft, anti-ship missiles and the like, as well as counter-measures against submarines.
The relative vulnerability of such a vessel is also why a super carrier typically does put to sea operationally unless she has a large protective screen of other vessels to protect her and guard her flanks, with weapons to add to her own.
However impressive these measures may be, the blunt fact is that a super carrier or any other large capital surface ship remains quite vulnerable to certain forms of attack. Hypersonic missiles for one, especially if facing multiple such weapons and not just one. Swarming weapons are another.
A fleet of 20-30 or more patrol craft, unmanned and remotely-operated even, sufficiently armed, and operating in concert, could pose a severe risk to a super carrier. As long as they were numerous enough to overwhelm its stand-off weapons, they could get within range to launch their missiles or torpedoes or other payload. Even if the task force destroyed or sank 85-90% of them – the enemy can afford to trade such cheap and easy-to-make weapons more-or-less indefinitely, in return for bagging a U.S. flattop. And such a swarm of small, fast and maneuverable attackers would be even more formidable if its actions were coordinated stigmergically.
Failing this kind of attack, a nation like the PRC can afford to trade hyper-sonic missiles for carriers all day long, every day, as long as her supply of such weapons does not run out…. and it is a safe bet that they have more missiles than we have flattops.
As far back as the Falklands War in the early 1980s, we saw the potential of anti-ship missiles -such as the Exocet used by Argentina – to sink or seriously-damage enemy men-of-war. One such missile sunk the British HMS Sheffield, a guided missile destroyer, 10 May 1982.
And the Exocet is not even considered a state-of-the-art weapon any longer. Very capable, yes, but planners must assume that better weapons have been designed and built since that time.

This is made all the more interesting by acknowledging the fact that they’re not attacking anything of value – except the logistics chain.
They know that. They’re accomplishing all of this by sitting still. SITTING … STILL. Crowded behavior … sitting still.
In terms of the hive, this is extremely complex behavior, led by no one.

The CVN is an attack platform (thus the V in it’s designator). It’s purpose is an seaborne air assault platform. It’s a sitting duck without a battle group to defend it.

The V in CVN is due to the old practice of designating fixed wing squadrons with letter V and lighter than air squadrons with letter Z (helos would add letter H later). They used to be called CVAN back when we had ASW carriers as well (repurposed Essex class).
