Biden Takes Aim at America’s Largest Oil Field, Threatens to Stop Production, Sending Gas Prices Soaring
BY PGF2 years, 5 months ago
The EPA has long been rogue.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is preparing to cite the United States’ largest oil field for violating ozone pollution standards, a move that will threaten the end of oil and gas production in the region.
According to the Texas Governor’s Office, the proposed regulations will directly affect the Permian Basin, the largest oil field in the United States, accounting for 95,000,000 gallons of gasoline per day or 40% of the oil produced domestically.
This would be just one more move from Biden’s administration to impact the lives of every American by reducing the fuel supply and causing gas prices to soar well beyond Biden’s record of $5 per gallon.
Just get a Tesla and eat the bugs.

There IS a solution to this, and it’s rather simple, too.
The next federal budget should allot $4.72 to the EPA. Like the story of the man with the ornery mule, first you have to get their attention.
We keep voting Republican because the GOP is ‘the party of smaller government’, although there has never been a Republican government that was smaller than the one before, so the meaning of ‘smaller’ is obviously ‘smaller than some hypothetical larger government whose limit we have not yet attained’.
Will voting Republican this time be ‘the charm’?

Nixon did create EPA, so there’s that. But I don’t think Humphrey or McGovern would be better.

Should the EPA actually succeed in closing the Permian Basin, it will result in the permanent, irrevocable, end of the United States. I don’t think the EPA can or will do it. Without that gas and oil, Commerce, travel, the economy, etc. will collapse. The military will require large amounts to even keep functioning. There won’t be enough for shipping, airline travel and cargo, trucks, (everything is delivered domestically by truck) and most people will be unable to get to work. 100’s of thousands of businesses would close. Schools would close ( a good thing). On and on. But Biden and Co. are just about that stupid. Afghanistan is an example of Bidens’ acumen for running a country. Into the ground.

Government regulation makes it very uncomfortable for unfavored, yet profitable industries, in order to make economically unfeasible businesses appear to be viable.

Along with nuking the gold standard, the EPA was just one more “gift” from Nixon.

Biden possesses industrial-grade stupidity, make no mistake…. you are certainly right about that. But to accuse him and his confederates of stupidity alone is letting them off too-easily, way too-easily. Why? Because their actions damaging and hurting this country are intentional and deliberate.
The late Ian Flemming, the creator of the “James Bond” character, and a best-selling novelist known to millions, was an intelligence officer in the British Royal Navy during the Second World War, and privy to many high-level operations (both overt and clandestine) during that time. He drew upon those experiences later as a writer of thrillers.
He made an apt observation: “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action…”
In good faith, people can allow incompetence or stupidity as an excuse once or twice, but when it becomes a pattern, other causes may very well be in play. Biden’s record, not just since 2020, but reaching back to his days in the Obama White House, reveal malice aforethought and deliberate actions to harm this country. Such actions would have been, in a saner and more-honorable age, the basis for charges of treason. For that is the extent of his wrong-doing and those around him in the regime.
