Here is the decision.
See especially 12:00 minutes onward. The progressives want to “interpret” everything in light of their “experts.”

Herschel,
Thank you for both monitoring Smith’s “channel” and including a link to the Decision.
In an attempt to be helpful, many of your readers may not realize that ordinary serfs/taxpaying/subjects can create accounts on the Federal Courts public access website – PACER. There is a per page charge for downloading materials; however there are limits to the charges and unless one exceeds $30.00(?) in charges per calendar quarter all access is virtually free.
Additionally, I have found that many state court systems also have public access with limited or modest charge policies.
We all, individually and collectively, would be better informed if we make time (when we can) to read the source documents, i.e., the court filings. There is a certain amount of patience and “skill” to reading these materials but it is not outside the capabilities of the average adult who knows how to “self-educate”.
One caution: be prepared to learn just how utterly stupid, lazy and politically motivated many judges are.
