Why did my brother-in-law’s hunting buddy catch photos of a grizzly bear not once, but two different bears on two different cameras? When he brought this to the attention of the Arizona Game and Fish, he was ignored but the use of game cameras was outlawed in the state shortly after. I wonder why?
