Good. This was always going to happen, it should be sooner rather than later.
They’ll get a good dose of the facts now, including the pesky one on the FBI refusing to allow the ATF to examine the weapons allegedly used in the Las Vagas shooting.
If they do any research at all, they’ll find out that the Las Vegas shooting was a rolling gun battle all the way down main street, not a shooting from a hotel window. That whole event is full of things the FedGov doesn’t want you to know.
And by the way, never forget that Donal Trump gave you the bump stock ban, and the corollary empowered ATF who now feels no compunction about making up law out of whole cloth – because Trump gave them permission to do it. Donald Trump owns the bump stock ban and the current ATF. It’s his. It belongs to him. It has his name on it.
I do wish that my name could be on this brief as a petitioner, but I never felt compelled to own a bump stock – until now so I could be on that brief.

If the Vegas shooting had really been a “rolling gun battle” there would be multiple videos of it. Vegas is RIDDLED with cameras everywhere plus THOUSANDS of tourists….all having cell phones that can record video. If such a thing had happened there would have been many videos of it posted within hours. There are tons of unanswered questions about the perpetrator, Paddock and his motivations but there is NO evidence whatsoever that the shooting took place in any location other than the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

My personal feelings – bump stock doesn’t push my buttons very hard. It appears to be a device that empties a magazine very fast without precision (like most other full power automatic weapons). But I do see it is a gateway to opening door to future legislation (like we need more of that) and that IS a concern.

Yes…I did see the video. The video is like most such conspiracy videos. Long on talk and short on actual evidence. While there are lots of unanswered questions about the event there was no tangible evidence of any shooting anywhere but the Mandalay Bay. And I personally know a couple of the Vegas cops who were on duty that night. They said they were getting bogus calls of shots fired and people with guns ALL OVER the strip. But NONE of those calls turned out to be anything but people panicking. This is just like the specious claims that the Fed Gov wired and destroyed the Twin Towers even though there is actual video of the planes striking them. People CHOOSE to believe what they want. Often when there is actual evidence to the contrary. We don’t know WHY Paddock did what he did. But there is ZERO evidence that anyone else was involved. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. None exists indicating anyone else was involved.

I don’t know why any of that would mean anything to me.
As for zero evidence, I see the same thing for any involvement by Paddock. No brass in the rooms, no staining of the beds, carpet, curtains from thousands of rounds, etc.
I see the claim that Paddock perpetrated the event as “long on talk and short on evidence.”

One of the only 3 modern buildings in modern history to collapse due to fire. I won’t argue with you about how WTC 1 and 2 disintegrated into dust, the other two to collapse. All that steel, then to find the supposed hijackers passport in perfect condition sitting on top of the rubble. Nor how NORAD was having hijacked airline drill that morning, nor any footage of an actual airliner hitting the pentagon. No I don’t know what it was all about. Just the facts Ma’m, just the facts.

The Vegas shooting is personal. My friend died of a head shot in the arms of his children. An inordinate amount of head shots at the concert. Pretty good shooting from a gambler on the umpteenth floor with bump stocks. Besides what Herschel mentioned. Even if there were no other shootings, that is a great way to sow confusion and have the cops running around chasing ghosts instead of focusing on the actual event. Not to mention the choppers flying around with no lights, the airport tower calling off landings due to a shooter in the runway.
