BLUF: The Ninth Circuit intends to drop their pants and moon the supreme court.

Maybe it’s because I spent so many years in tech pubs trying to be clear and concise, but I got nothing out of this I didn’t have going in. Also, I found him annoying as hell. Sorry.

There are a couple of good judges on the ninth, but when they decide in favor of firearm rights states appeal to the full court en banc which overturns those decisions.
