Arrested For Carrying On His Own Property?!?
BY Herschel Smith1 year ago
Cops. Arresting people on false grounds and just making things up about it during Google searches using cell phones.
Only the best and brightest.
Oh, and somebody should tell fat boy to start and exercise program.

Yet another cop that should have HIS life ruined like he has done to others and the poor innocent man should retire to his own island on the money he gets from the city.
(yes, i know the money comes from the taxpayers, but when enough of those suits get filed maybe the city mothers will think twice about who they hire…)

I’m old. I have 3 cops in the extended family.
They were always the tattletales and PIA children.
Whining to there parents, ratting out there siblings and others.
Just my observation.
Anybody else observe the same?

One absolute douchebadge, and two other jackholes backing their fellow douchebadge without a peep, nor lifting a finger in defense of enforcing the actual law.
Every day, in every way, moving “ACAB” from hyperbolic rhetoric to scientifically accurate descriptor.
All three should be terminated for cause, starting with the sergeant, for gross dereliction of duty, violation of constitutional rights under color of authority, and criminal conspiracy to commit same. Then referred to the US attorney for federal prosecution. Qualified immunity doesn’t cover that.
We have three new winners in the “should never be entrusted with a badge and a gun, and legally banned from any government employment for life” sweepstakes. Federal felony convictions would cover that.

I believe the correct answer at this point is to sue. Sue the ever living shit out of every single person involved from the Sun to the Moon.
Setting up police accountability boards _sounds_ good, but I’ve yet to see it work. There truly is something wrong with the group of individuals that field attracts, as Santa sez.

Most citizens do not realize you as a citizen can file a complaint with the State agency authorizing or certifying police officers. The procedure usually looks like this.
A complain is filed by the citizen, in OREGON “DPSST” that complaint MUST be in writing, must identify the unlawful actions taken, MUST have a copy of the specific law violated, any available evidence in support of the complaint.
DPSST, will suspend the license of that specific officer, until an investigation can be conducted.
in that specific incident, all three would be suspended. I mean fuck if they weren’t sure why not seek an arrest warrant, place the burden on the District Attorney?
Outcomes can be as simple as a reprehend to loss of their credentials permanently.
Most States have such a mechanism in place, this takes the local agency out of the ability to White Wash the case.
Caution must be taken, IF the complaint is not substantiated law suits are usually filed quickly. This is to weed out frivolous complaints.
Here where I live, a good friend put his hands on the elected sheriffs kid, the kid was a douchbag my friends actions were legit. The sheriff himself filed the above complaint.
8 months later after many many hours of investigation my associate Bobby K was found to be within his duty.
By end of business the following day a law suit was served on the sheriff. Luckily most of us carried additional liability insurance policy’s of 5 million.
That came in handy for the sheriff. He lost, he also lost the election for being a retard.
