California Suspends Gun License of Homeowner Who Protected His Family From Intruders

Los Angeles homeowner Vince Ricci says he was coming home from the gym when two intruders ran up behind him after jumping the fence in his backyard.
“Out of nowhere I felt someone run up behind me, put something to my back, put a pistol to my back and somebody running up,” the man told ABC 7.
“I guess they decided to try to come at me and come in the house but I have a 5-month-old baby and a wife and a nanny in the house and that wasn’t going to happen,” he said.
“There was nothing in my house that was worth dying for. But I was willing to die for my family,” the dad added.
The state of California didn’t exactly see it that way. They’ve suspended Ricci’s concealed carry permit.

I’m a big believer in the 80% lowers available. Theirs a reason a “ ghost” guns needed!
In my mind the first and only mistake the guy made was calling law enforcement at all. Just exactly what are law enforcement going to do, do you believe they will spend hours investigating? Na the investigations finished, he was determined to be the bad guy, for protecting himself, his family, on his god dam property! Talk about fucked up.
I’m sure most of you think I’m a nut job, like I care, I will share this.
My circle of friends my friends circle of friends ain’t calling law enforcement anymore, nope these guys and gals are rational thinkers not just gonna shoot people up.
But they’re also done calling the police. They will address the issues, then police there brass drive or remove themselves from the scene.
Most will simply switch out their carry set up, call it a day. The popo come knocking, a local 2nd amendment attorneys on speed dial.
I smile when I see their vehicle kit, almost every rifle has a cheesy brass catcher strapped on. A simple device, but effective. I shared that tidbit with my associates after my friend Pete shared it on wrsa few years back, I purchased dozens from the site he listed.
I would suggest if you go this route you do some practice shooting with the catcher attached to the rifle.
I’ve got one that starts to foul its m4 after 35/6 rounds. It’s a bit smaller, another is larger works flawlessly to 43 ish rounds, requires dumping
