I won’t go into the details now because it’s not obvious to me that it’s a serious threat. I suspect it will be filibustered in the senate and as long as the GOP owns the House it has no chance at all of passing. After the next election cycle all bets are off because as you know, rigged machines will do the counting and fake ballots will be shipped to voting polls.
But it’s an amazing thing to me that anyone would believe that Americans are going to give up five hundred million semiautomatic firearms.
Anyway, this is always how it happens. It’s the signal sign of cowardice when a man asks someone else to do the dirty and dangerous work for him. And be sure, it will be dirty and dangerous.
If all these guns are so dangerous, perhaps you should reconsider trying to wrestle them away from the people who own them.

Again, “we the people” are treated to the spectacle of leftist blowhards pontificating about how evil and dangerous firearms are…. from behind a wall of heavily-armed security paramilitaries armed with select-fire weapons, the very weapons they claim are so dangerous.
Here’s the truth of the matter: The left, which is to say the communists, don’t hate guns at all. In fact, the most-ruthless among them see firearms as an essential tool of state power. Mao Zedong himself said back in the 1930s that “political power grows out of the barrel of a gun,” and he went on to say that “…the party must command the gun so that the gun does not command the party…”
They can’t make it much clearer than that!
Those who favor the right to keep/bear arms must demand of “gun control” advocates that the state itself surrender all of its guns before any such proposals are even debated. Which is not going to happen, of course. But the enormous hypocrisy and dishonesty of these statists must be called out and identified properly. They have proposed such measures for far too long falsely hiding behind the cloak of compassion and kindness. It is time for the truth to be known.
