How Scopes Are Made in the USA

This is the Burris factory. It’s a cool video that shows some of the details, perspectives and machinery used in the manufacturing of their scopes. They’re good folks.
It’s nice to see scopes made in America. I wish there was more of this.
It was made clear, however, that not all Burris scopes are made in America, only their high end scopes. I would like to see a list of the scopes made in America versus overseas. I guess at the moment, the business model doesn’t support making lower end scopes in America.
If some enterprising reader wants to give us a list of the Burris scopes made in America, that would be much appreciated.

I find Leupold scopes to be badly over-priced. You don’t even get to the FFP scopes until you spend $1600.

I have three 1990s-early 2000s made in USA cheap Burris scopes, a Fullfield II 3×9 which is very clear, a 1×4 which has withstood horrible abuse from a Mini-14, and a Fullfield fixed 1.5 which is just “meh” unless you are shooting in broad daylight.
I paid a little over $200 each for the first over 20+ years ago, got the third one a few years back for $100 used — but it was only a $100 scope new in the late ’90s. They all hold zero quite well but have somewhat mushy adjustment clicks.
I got a Philippine-made 2×7 Fullfield before they quit making them a few years ago, it’s not great but quite acceptable for the $130 I paid new.
However, I do favor Leupolds, even the cheap ones. The eye relief on them is just about perfect, more natural and less critical than on a Burris. I have an EXCELLENT 1×4 Mark AR (no longer in production) and one of the best deals I ever scored was a 3×9 Rifleman on closeout at Walmart for $137. I am amazed at how good that scope is for the money and it is on my #1 go-to meat getter rifle, a Rem 700 30-06.
There was a sweet spot in the market maybe 10-ish years ago when you could get very decent scopes for cheap, but it seems to have evaporated, even before the inflationary pressures of the last couple of years.
Burris Zee rings with inserts are the best scope rings I have ever seen.
