James gives the rundown. I’ll just say this. I’m skeptical. For the time being, I’ll leave this in the category of “politics.”

I remember that movie, shitty employee gets fire for being shitty at his job rather than except that reality, shitty employee finds a shitty attorney that says, “hey we can both make cashola of this” if we claim they fired you not for being a shitty worker, but because you look different.
Remember the case of the dude that liked to stick his dingie on the backside of the belt sander because it felt so good….well until it didn’t.
I believe he lost his suit against the company, but the manufacture of said equipment settled bigly out of court for his mangled misfortune, as that suit was that safety guards were inadequate.
If I had been the defense attorney, I would have asked the plaintiff if he would stick his finger there? If not then why did you think you could stick your dingie there? Case dismissed.
Clown world continuous…
I’m done ranting, I will go back to hoping Aliens come tonight to take me off this FUBAR planet.

F^ck the EEOC and all feral government “authorities”. …
Not being a resident / taxpayer of SC, I have now confirmed that SC is an “at will” employment state. Which means either employer or employee can terminate their “mutually, self-serving” relationship at any time, for any reason. …
My understanding being that the 14th Amendment does not apply to such “relationship” as the 13th Amendment (“involuntary servitude”) is not applicable when the “employee” can “just walk away” (has nothing to do with whether one’s name is “Renee”).
The court should dismiss the suit a “frivilous”; or the judge should be removed for “bad Behaviour”. [But, SCOTUS hasn’t the “balls” or absent there of, “courage” to establish procedures for administering the “inferior courts”; thus confirming they are the “supreme court” in name only. … (Geez, … Did I just write the “silent part out loud” ? … Me bad.)]
