In Western society circa 2025, and for decades previously, women are given positions well past their level of competence but basically considered children when it comes to any kind of accountability for their actions or demonstrated incompetence. With Cops I know it is similar with men however women are in a special category. This also applies to other demographics as well.
Note the female captain of the New Zealand Navy survey ship that was allowed to run aground and then all of the politicians and Navy brass sang her praises in unison. We don’t even have to discuss all of the female “leadership” evident with the current fires in California. The one I though most funny was the female in charge of California’s reservoirs, who stated that she was not aware that most of them were empty.
