   If it’s to insure that the administration has crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s legally than that’s one thing. If it’s to thwart the will of the President than this judge needs to be removed from the bench ASAP.

   There should be no federal district court in DC. There should be no appeals court in DC. There should be no FISA court in DC. Only the SCOTUS should be in DC, and the lawyers have politicized that. The lawyers have failed these duties. The US Constitution is written in plain language. We don’t need lawyers to muck that up. Lesser courts in DC are political courts and should be defunded and the politicians should lose their jobs and lifetime benefits. They are not Judges, they are deep state parasites placed to do harm to the United States.

   Trump should do what the democrats do. Tell the court OK we will follow the ruling and then just go and do what you were going to do anyway.

   If he doesn’t do that then have all of the employees come to work and sit in front of disconnected, sanitized computers with no possibility of conducting any of their foul business until the matter goes through the courts. Of course all of their phones and laptops collected and agency travel and budgets eliminated.

   The “Court” has “No Standing” in this matter. The Executive Branch has an Absolute Right, and in fact, Legal Responsibility to Audit any and all government Departments. the findings by DOGE Auditors that Tens of Billions of Dollars have been Embezzled, Mis-Appropriated, and outright Stolen at USAID is reason to Close the Agency, Fire all the Workers, and Terminate all Contracts. From there, the Justice Department needs to start Criminal Prosecutions of the Senior Managers of this agency, as well as the Recipients of the Fraudulent ‘Grants’. The IRS should Freeze the Bank Accounts of Any Entity or Individual who received any Money from this Fraud.

   Unless the Administration ‘Goes Nuclear’ on Each and Every Agency and Bureaucrat that is connected to this level of Fraud, the ‘Swamp’ will continue to Defraud the Citizens. As far as these “judges” are concerned, Arresting a few of them for Interfering with Government Functions, and Investigating them for any Links to the Fraud, would send a message to the rest.
