Loctite 620 on an AR?

This would never have occurred to me. If I feel that my BCG is malfunctioning, I just buy another. Rebuilding the one I’ve got never occurred to me. Then again, I’ve never been to School of the American Rifle.

The video seems to indicate that using 620 is a preventative, not a repair. I am, however, not convinced that it’s necessary, as long as the parts are machined correctly. Brand name components, well made, as opposed to budget stuff from Fast Eddie’s Excellent Gun Parts Emporium would seem to be equally preventative.
