How do you stop a bully, you stand up to them and if you must, punch them right square in the mouth. You hit that bully dead center of his mouth and DRIVE some of their teeth down their throat.
This company is figuratively punching government bully in the mouth.
Now just suppose this is a trojan horse operation, well that is when a call to H. B. is made.

Nice… but it’s a FELONY worth SEVEN YEARS in my state to own a mag holding 11 or more rounds.
Gun people are going to have to accept the fact that as drugs are legalized, the War on Drugs is going to become the War on Guns. Just as the cops used to be able to bust you for “residue” or “paraphernalia” even if you didn’t have any drugs, now they can send you to prison for a mag, even if you don’t have a gun.

@Frank,
Except that your small, for private use wheat patch COULD affect global commodity prices so, too bad, so sad, you’ve been federalized, no private property for you.

@JuneJ,
I’m okay with this as a marketing ploy if they’re serious about it and don’t intend to back down.
If it was ONLY a marketing ploy and they intended to lie all along about their intentions, then that’s a completely different story.
I’d expect that’s be easy enough to fisk. Someone in a prohibitionist state will eventually buy one, or not, and then the results will hit social media.
To have lied about intentions would be the stupidest thing they could have done. If they lied, they will forever be anathema in the community. They may as well close their doors now.

Cops don’t send people to prison, district attorneys and juries have that capability. And a good, dedicated criminal defense bar can make it *really* expensive to enforce certain laws, so much that district attorneys won’t try it, because they have limited budgets, and if they want to get re-elected, they’re going to have a tough time if they end up having to get taxes raised to pay for more staff.
In Venezuela, the government took all the guns – even slingshots – in 2012. Possession gets you ten years in prison. The people there curse themselves for giving up their guns without a fight – the ones I know say “don’t let the government take your guns” – and they’re totally serious about it. The average wage there is $10 per month, while the rulers sock away ten and hundreds of millions of dollars. It’s a real police state there. And Bloomberg didn’t make his billions by being a nice, fair, honest guy, and he’d probably like to pull the same trick in Virginia and every place else that he’s allowed to get away with it. And that involves making a lot of people into slaves.
