Companies that handle such messages wouldn’t be allowed to securely encrypt them, or they’d lose legal protections that allow them to operate.”

With three unanimous resolutions condemning palefaces passed by a Republican [Red Flag] Congress and signed by Trump, the left knows the water is warm.    The frustration and anger of citizens at eight years of tyranny was enough to elect Trump, a known Democrat. His explicit commitment to their agenda for radical institutional change stopped with the final electoral college count. Promising to drain the swamp, he has made the deep state more powerful. Saying he would not let them “take your guns”, he went on to support red flag legislation. And now we have an unstable dictator allowing local politicians to run out of control, making a bad situation more dangerous every day.

   The Patriot Act *already* allows the Fed to “detain” you indefinitely, without a warrant, without counsel, and in secret. You just freakin’ *vanish*, like the NKVD did to people during the Terror.

   What they’re asking for is actually an *improvement* over that, if a judge is supposed to be involved in the process.
