Wisconsin Cops Bully Mom For Letting Her Daughter Play At Neighbor’s House

BY Herschel Smith

Here is the video.  Watch it.  The indignation dripping from the cop’s words is loathsome and detestable.

The cops, other than being bullies, used an old tactic to get her to confess to a crime which isn’t really a crime.  Here is how it all should have gone down.

“Cops: Ma’am, do I need to read …”

Lady, interrupting: “Excuse me, do you have a warrant to be on my property?  Because if you don’t you’re trespassing.  If not, get off of my property.”

Cops: “Ma’am we just need to talk to you about …”

Lady: “Show a warrant or get off of my property.”

Cops: “The record will reflect that you’re being uncooperative.”

Lady: “Speak to my attorney.”

So the things we learn (again) are these.  First, people still aren’t aware that you don’t talk to law enforcement.  Please, please people.  Learn the lessons from others.  Don’t talk to cops.

Second, cops will always obey orders.  That includes confiscations of guns if ordered to, constitution be damned.  These cops even seemed to like their duty to bully the woman.

Third, this woman was turned in by someone.  That means there’s a snitch.  Remember, 50% of America voted for Hillary Clinton.  Fifty percent of Americans believe in complete fealty to the state.  Fifty percent of Americans will turn you in for even a small infraction of some law or regulation they believe exists.

Never forget that.

Sir, 50 percent of those who voted! Not 50 percent of America.

When I watched the vid yesterday this was my favorite part; “The record will reflect that you’re being uncooperative.”

The RECORD? What like, this will go on your permanent record, the Party is keeping an eye on you types? Like that?

Knox county will be receiving what will likely turn into a class action against its shutdown order that uses the word, Tyranny. I expect the government, in all cases, nationwide, to absolve itself. Some case, or group of cases will be rolled up to the SCOTUS and the dot gov will be found to have acted correctly for “safety.” The precedent will be set, that government can simply shut you down. It can already take your property, shoot your dog, shoot you while you sleep, rape you on the side of the road, and on and on.

The Government of the United States needs to be replaced, in it’s entirety. Nobody is willing to talk about this, nobody is willing to face it, it must be done. The longer Americans wait, the harder it will be…but Trump will save you any minute, and here’s 1200 dollars.

What we can look forward to is someone or a group to file lawsuits due to the unconstitutionality of these kinds of actions. The cases will all eventually be found to have been legal and justified due to the pandemic hoax. Exigent circumstances don’t you know.

Then TPTB will have a legal precedent for their expanded use of thuggery. They will also not need any specific law that a person has violated in order to “serve and protect”. Just add their emergency of the day. The cops will be ecstatic. Just think of all of the dog shooting opportunities alone.

Notice that the cops weren’t wearing masks. They thus constitute an existential threat, after all, they could be carrying the virus. And they can spread it, by loud speech alone – https://science.sciencemag.org/content/368/6487/119 So the proper response is “Get out of here and don’t come back without masks on.” And then the dialogue as stated above. It’s quite remarkable how few – if any – law enforcement types wear masks – do they know something we don’t?

Over and above that – this: Unalienable rights can’t be taken away or given away, that’s what unalienable means. A government can use force to deny those rights, but that government then loses all legitimacy. They may have laws and regulations and the appearance of a republican form of government, but they do not have the substance of it. If you desire liberty you must exercise it – and you may have to fight for it. That’s what the Revolutionary War was all about, King George III and Parliament were denying the free inhabitants of British North America the free exercise of their rights – unalienable rights – and they petitioned and protested to no avail – and finally they had to use force to get rid of that oppressive government.

It’s often taught that the Constitution protects those rights, but it’s never taught how that works. It’s often thought that the court or some other agency of government will do it, but that’s not much security if the government is corrupt. What should be taught is that is up to the people to defend their rights by whatever means may be necessary – hence: “We hold these truths to be sacred and undeniable, that all men are created equal and independent; that from that equal creation they derive in rights inherent and inalienable, among which are the preservation of life, and liberty and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these ends, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government shall become destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing it’s powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes: and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. but when a long train of abuses and usurpations, begun at a distinguished period, and pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to subject them to arbitrary power, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” http://www.let.rug.nl/usa/documents/1776-1785/jeffersons-draft-of-the-declaration-of-independence.php

You may choose to not congregate, you may choose to wear face masks and use other preventive measures, but no legitimate government can force you to do so. Just government is only by the consent of the governed – and that applies for the times between elections. And the Constitution *enumerates* those rights, inherent in people and present since creation, but it is the people themselves who must prevent them from being abridged or denied.

That’s the reason for the Second Amendment – to defend against tyranny in government, whether on federal, state, county, or municipal levels.

Drove through Calumet county a few weeks ago. Voted Trump 58-36 Clinton, but has its share of Lefties, especially near Lake Michigan. Surprising that the Deputy Dawgs don’t seem to be concerned over what WILL be a lack of support for LEO’s in the future. That might cost them dearly in an armed conflict where Citizen Susan decides to ignore their plea for help.

I would bet that more than 50% pledge fealty to the state.
Look at how many willingly stay in their homes even though there’s plenty of news out there of people protesting their confinement.
There was a time such news would rouse the public to lend support to the protesters, demand answers and cause general mayhem for the tyrant in charge. It’s why they try to censor coverage of rebellion when they can, such as in Hong Kong. Here it’s not as easy, but they still try. The mainstream coverage of these protests is minimal to non existent.

Most will stay home, in fear not of the virus but of their neighbors and the powers that be.

    Indoctrination almost complete.
