S&W 351 PD 22mag Review

We discussed this little gun earlier. While I wouldn’t necessarily carry this as a primary weapon, it seems to me a good, light, reliable backup pocket gun for two-legged threats.

Normally, I would say a short barreled 22 Win Mag revolver kind of defeats the purpose of the more expensive ammunition. But I have to admit, after watching the video that’s a pretty slick little gun.
Do it Herschel. Buy one. I shall live vicariously through your purchase and subsequent reports on same.

It’s a little down on the list. But it is on the list.

I have a bad case of gun lust for a M651 S&W: 6 shot, .22WMR, 3″ heavy bbl. What a Sweetie!

Lucky Gunner has tested a number of 22 mag loads with a 2″ revolver. All the loads tested ran over 1100 fps. The Speer Gold Dot short barrel defensive load averaged .33 expansion in their tests.
There are loads available from 25 to 50 grains.
I like it.
