   When they let cops get away with out and out murder because the laws are stacked against the citizen and in favor of those who have such low morals and suspect character that they become government employees this is going to happen.

   Taylor had not been arrested or convicted in a court of law. The government found NO incriminating evidence in her home. The drug dealer was offered a “get out of jail free” plea if he would implicate Taylor in his crimes. He refused to do that, turning down a deal that would have changed a possible 10 year sentence to probation.

   There is no reason on this earth for government thugs to kick in a door in the middle of the night. The boyfriend in the home was completely justified in firing in self defense.

   Laws must be changed and out of control cops must be put back on their leashes and reminded that they work for us. Our rights, property and safety are more important than their safety.

   It is well past time to require most warrants to be served in daylight hours. To require the government employee to knock on the door and wait for it to be opened. To require the citizen the right to read the warrant before allowing the government employees across the threshold. To allow the citizen to watch and record every aspect of the search. To require government employees to return the citizen’s property to the state it was in before the government employee searched it. So no more sweeping items off shelves into the floor and leaving them. No more emptying drawers of all contents and leaving the mess. No more kicking in doors in the middle of the night.

   If you favor kicking in doors, then you might be more happy in North Korea or Iran.
