Cops Send Dog to Attack Innocent Man
BY Herschel Smith1 day, 8 hours ago
This is yet another instance of cops attacking the wrong people, violating the right to privacy and the right to due process.
On another front, cops shouldn’t have access to dogs. They should wear sky blue collared shirts in full uniform, knock on doors, and be imprisoned for violation of rights.
Finally, any man who can’t control their beasts any better than that doesn’t deserve to have them. There should be a permanent injunction against the handler ever having dogs again, right after he gets out of prison.

The criminals in power have no intentions nof holding their hired thugs accountable. This type of abuse is the predictable outcome.

That dog needs to be, well you all know. The handler, well we know as well.

Following the Civil Rights lawyers vids he pokes for Morgan and Morgan lawyers. Well I lost my leg above the knee this summer due to medical malpractice. M&M are just that. Candy. They were not interested in helping me whatsoever. Helping those that need so they say. Not so much.

Dan has it right. Which is why I get so tired of the comments on videos like this saying: sue the police, the police should be locked up, this or that should happen to the police, etc.
None of that is likely to happen absent direct interventions by a sufficiently pissed-off populace, which I also do not see as likely. Most average, dumb Americans are just fine with their lips firmly planted on the asses of police officers.

A police K9 is a weapon. A living, breathing, pooping weapon. It is created (raised, trained, and conditioned) to bite anyone it finds while searching, to bite multiple times, and to not let go.
A K9 “assists with a search” when it’s on its leash. An unleashed K9 is in “attack” mode, because that’s how they are trained.
When a K9 is released, it’s out of the control of the handler and will do what it’s created to do.
Just like a hand grenade or flash bang. Once released into a room or house, it’s out of the control of its handler and will do what it’s created to do.
So my thought is that the rules — and penalties — for releasing a police K9 should be the same as tossing a hand grenade or flash bang. If the police don’t have sufficient justification for tossing a dangerous/deadly weapon into a room, they don’t have justification for releasing a K9 from its leash. And if an innocent person is harmed by a K9, the penalties should be the same as if it were a hand grenade.
Then again, cops have walked due to “qualified immunity” for harming innocent people with carelessly-tossed flash bangs, so my proposal isn’t likely to change much.
